less bitching please., and thanks randal. idk what is with this jazz wannabe (possible alt) but i have also played against BW a ton. i know exactly how they work and trust me. the strategy is to swarm sync for otk. sirroco bora kalut is just a rare once in a blue moon thing. grepher does speed the deck up for vayu swarm considerably. I've seen enough BW to know 3 sirroco is retarded at best. 2 for fodder, 3 is cluster hump and more likely to be a dead draw.

Ok, w/e I tried to help. Have fun taking that **** to a regional or a shonen jump, enjoy thinking you're good if you think 3 sirocco is bad. You have no valid excuse except "Hurp de durp, I don't like drawing 3 sirocco in my hand cause that's gonna happen every game and that's bad even when it does happen. Oh look, I opened with BWW too, I'm so ****ed! DERP" I don't even know why I came to gaia if this is the kind of mind players have...

Also, someone is living in the BW deck of last format, learn2keepupwiththetimes!

"I don't want to get dragged into this, but I run a Swarm blackwing deck, and I run 3 sirocco. You need it to get over those powerful monsters, because BW as a whole are not very strong. If you have BWW on the field and normal summon Sirocco, you can search your deck and either get Bora, Gale. Gale can 1/2 atk and give you 3300 ATK, and Bora will 3700 piercing damage. I would absolutely run three Sirocco."

look, everyone plays a little differently; no one HAS to follow your "advice". let him run his deck the way he is most comfortable with. if he wants to run 2 siroccos, LET HIM.

Then don't bother asking for competitive advice, that's the whole point of posting a deck up, cause you want it to be made it the best it can be, so why wouldn't you listen to someone who knows what they are talking about and has insightful and accurate information, as apposed to someone who says "I don't like 3 of a card cause I don't like to draw 3 of the same card in a hand" Please, all I'm asking you is for a reasonable excuse to not run 3 of it when there is NO.....DECK SPACE.....ISSUES. If not, please keep bad advice away from someone who just wants to better their deck

I'd say its hurting your credibility right now (in my eyes at least).

I've seen BW decks quite a bit. Built one online myself. At least 4-5 people at my card shop are regional regulars (for both Seattle and Portland). They've all run BW decks at one point or another, and I do not believe I've seen them play more than three sirocco.

Not to mention, the way you're talking to us, you seem to believe we don't play or have ever played against BWs. Every local tournament has at least one of more people playing some form of BW deck. You're simply assuming we don't get it!

i run two sirocco and side the third mainly for mirror match sirocco is rape lol ive gotten so many ftks otks with him bora and gale its just to good

NONE of you have given me 1 good reason to why you can't run 3 main. there is no point to siding it, and there is NO, I repeat, NO DOWNSIDE to maining 3. and I'm talking like you guys don't know this deck because:

1. Some of you think 3 sirocco is bad in the deck
2. Some of you think Grepher is good in the deck
3. Some of you still think this deck is a swarm otk still :/ and that just makes me sad that you don't know what kind of deck it really is now *sigh*
4. You make subjective arguments with no actual proof other than "all the people I know uses 2 so it must work cause I obviously don't look at results" Show me one deck that's topped with 2 sirocco over 3 this format, oh wait, there are none, gee, does that mean something?

If your running a Blackwing themed deck why do you have synchros that dont really go with your deck? like goyo guardian he has no place in you deck because Blackwings act like Harpie Ladies they need to swarm the field because by themselves they are unable to do much, so if you a field of your opponent's monsters that will not do you any good. And the dragons serve no use for your deck maybe Blackfeather Dragon will help you by the other not so much, For other cards I say get some Fake Feather cards they work nicely and Delta Crow- Anti Reverse to give you an upper hand.

1. if you run tuners (which BWs run in spades) Goyo Guardian is staple. dont be ignorant.
2. the dragons serve no use? stardust dragon, red dragon archfiend, black rose dragon and all the others are STAPLES in this format if you run synchros. once again, dont be ignorant.
3. BWs can do loads by themselves when used with their MANY support cards.
4. fake feather is junk, though delta-crow is used in most BW decks for mass S/T removal
5. no one knows what blackfeather dragon does yet, so we cant say anything at this point.
