Because I'm bored at the moment, here's what I think is the fastest path through the map:

Day 1: Anything 4-6 (stop on 5, 6, or cave to 9)
Day 2: Roll a 5, 4, or 1 (land on the revive at 10) - Roll a 6 (land on the revive at 16) - Roll a 3 (cave to 25)
Days 3-5: Roll sixes. There aren't any shortcuts, and even if you hit the revive at 38, your best roll there is 5. Either way you're at 43.
Day 6: Roll a three. (cave to 52)
Day 7: Anything 3-6 (stop on 55-58)
Day 8: If you rolled a six on Day 7, roll 2 or 6 now (64 direct, or the cave to it). Otherwise roll to land on 60 (cave)
Days 9 and 10: Either roll a 1 and get the revive (roll 6) or just roll sixes both days. Or hit the cave at 74. (stop at 76-78)
Day 11: Roll 2-4 (revive at 80) - Roll a 6 (86)
Days 12-13: Roll 5-6, but not double sixes. (96-97)
Day 14: Roll to the finish!
