@ foolishly if you are reading cause i don't .. really want to post stalk you lol ;;; - i was on the phone with my dad (who is in las vegas now) and he said he can take a look at your portfolio too. he also has another friend who's at risd (mebbe i will look into that also) and said he'll also ask his disneyland friend (who from what he said, does work on posters and whatnot so i'm assuming something like advertising) if he can take a look too. SO YEAHHHH 8D !

he's not the best at naming paintings, to be quite honest ...
so he tends to ask me .. if he should name something or the other 'reflection.'
and i point out all his boat paintings have reflections ! D: <
but yeahh, he likes painting venice scenery and chinese villages.
mostly sells paintings auction-style in china cause .. america's art market isn't really going so well here ~

I love using dry media though.. but I should really do more observations OTL

yeah his work is really nice though
the reflections in the water are precise but I love the perspectives for the bridge and the alleyways for the boat
really quite beautiful makes me want to go to venice ammakfgg

they're all traditional animation means by drawing on paper each frame and taking a picture of it
we have a studio in our major's building that are devoted to the animation place so it's quite easy to get the pictures all taken

I really want to add color work and stuff though ; v;

i never talk much to my dad in regards to how he feels about art ..
he's pretty rigid in how he views it, and people like picasso he is just |: |: at ..
and i can never really get a straight answer about his favorite artists, but he does at the very least, respect rembrandt.
awww, thanks ~ my dad loves to get praise! he rarely gets a lot from me, since i'm so used to the * ~ amazingness * ~ by now.
