"This shouldn't be that difficult, but that creature isn't completely affected by your time abilities. It can't be stopped completely, only slowed down. Here's the deal, I'll be up close and personal, but I need you on range support and helping me whenever I'm disorientated or caught off-guard. Shall I temporarily give you some of healing skills? It won't stay with you for long, just enough for this fight. Ready?"

Good. Someone to prevent me from doing something stupid. You take pot shots at him until we need healing. Stay in the back of the line and buff us. Only one out of three of your turns should be used to attack until the entire party is buffed and free of status ailments.
