yes! the easiest ones to get are in the flash event. There's a mask icon by the chat box, you put on each different one and an item shows up. Collect all three and the guy gives you an extra item.

Don't forget trick-or-treating in the NPC shops, there you just go into them and they give you candy, and once you have a full bag you find the floating pumpkin on the world map.

In the forum part, find a human with a button labled "attack" under them and hit it.
