It's not you, dear - it's me. I have tasted the virgin version, and didn't care for it... about 15 years ago, I had a stomach flu that tore the lining a bit. I can't even eat Pepperoni pizza anymore without Tums..... cat_sad

...Oh, my parents were a bit more open with food - the only rule enforced was you had to try anything strange at least once! That included liquors as I got older, and of those I've tried, well.... *shrugs* However, I've found a compromise: those "wines" that are really just the juice of the grape & no fermentation. Meier's makes a great Cold Duck that I often use in rituals..... cat_wink

You poor dear!*hugs* I'm not much of a wine gal except the super syrupy dessert wines. I got a stash of raspberry wine that I snuck out of California! xd

Of all the art threads, this one seems to be the nicest! Others have so many rules, or want to draw bloody (literally) avatars, and I just want a place to hang out for a bit while I T-n-T in the Shops. (Towns is doing that too, btw: get 100 candies, hit "directory", go to the town in the middle of the Grid/ZIP, and click on {huge} Jack. Repeat until you get Jack's mask again. cat_wink )

What are you guys gonna do on Halloween?

I'm probably going to try to take my 9 year old sister trick or treating to get "her" some candy.

My little sister doesn't like to eat candy at all.

It's been a few years since I've been able to get away with crouching down while wearing a cloak and mask to get candies.

I don't care if I'm an adult. Free candy is free candy! gonk

Tell your sister to go trick or treating and give you the candy aften.

Age is a number, people always say "Ain't you too old". Your never to old to trick or treating. rofl

To my knowledge, nothing special. I do get to dress up for work though, which is something. I just haven't decided what to be yet. confused

School girl outfits usually have short skirts, and I can't wear one to work. I also can't wear anything that would scare small children. .__.

Hmmmm... Helping at the local Monster Bash, then on to trick or treating with some buds, and finally back to the apartment for drinks and snacks while watching a classic monster movie marathon! mrgreen
