How about going for just a color combo instead of using the nurse theme, maybe Cream, brown, and pink color combo. I have some really cute items for that combo and you can go outside the enviro

I like cute, elegant, fantasy, military, gore...I don't really have themes that I don't like...Except extreme clutter without an actual theme.
