Advice/ help on up scaling a pattern

D: O mighty art forms I am in need of help. I have a commission where they want a 20 inch squirtle. I have the pattern made but I made it small to save on fabric since I don't have scrap fabric yet. I don't know how to up scale the pattern properly. Right now the model I made nine inches tall. Halp. emotion_8c

Well, if they're willing to compromise by a couple inches for an 18-inch doll, just double all your measurements (nine times two is eighteen).

And tell your algebra teacher you found at least one real-life use for the subject.
