I'm the opposite. I hate treadmills. I would never run on one (the sound they make when you run on them is terrifying, it sounds like they're going to break), and I don't ever want to walk on one either.

I need to be going somewhere to motivate myself. Like every now and then I walk a mile up the road to get a bagel (and a mile back), and I walk a mile to classes, sometimes more. I aspire to walking two miles (plus two miles back) to get groceries, but I don't have the motivation for that quite yet since not everything would keep for two miles' walk in the Florida heat.
