Gifting Issue

My friend gifted me an item but when I clicked "Check Inventory" There was no gift there and I got a message saying:
"Data Validation Error
The item was not found in your inventory."

Not exactly sure what happened to the item but I would like to know why it happened or how it happened.

What was the gift supposed to be? You could ask your friend and then do a specific search for it.
Sometimes the system has delays and you could try to wait 24 full hours just to give some room. However, after that time, you still don't have the gift or item, file a ticket.
