Can you work photoshop magic?

I was wondering if someone could work some photoshop magic on this picture?
It would mean the world to my grandmother if this picture from the 70's could be (fairly) clear again.

It is the last picture in which she and her family are photographed together in better circumstances. A couple months after this picture was taken, her husband died of Leukemia.
The ages and situations have not been kind to this picture, but she's been through a lot and it is very precious to her.

If anyone could work a miracle, she'd be very happy, and me too.
I wouldn't want you to go unrewarded for your kindness if you would be able to help me, so even though I'm not rich on Gaia, I'm willing to try and give what I can to get this done.
