Just wonder how high to make it...

Uni, the pay here is already more than other shops (except one which basically copied our pay, payday, rules, games, etc.) the payday has been on Sunday for a couple of years and the bumpers need to follow that. Maybe post a big bold announcement on Saturday as a reminder?
