That is referring to specific threads that hire us, like ones that are selling a service and require that customers fill out a form. If someone goes into a thread that you are bumping and posts a form or something that the thread owner needs to see (this mainly refers to when the owner is not quoted), you as a bumper are required to quote it to 'carry' it to the next page so that it doesn't get buried in all your bumps.
