                                    • Ethos Opening Ceremony

The first day of summer is here! A festival is held in the name of Ethos, God of the sun and
summer harvest! The opening ceremony to the summer time begins at six o'clock PM sharp at
the beach! The Boardwalk is lit up with tiki torches, the beach littered with bonfire pits, the pier is
lit with lights and lanterns. Along the pier and boardwalk are stalls set up with food, trinkets,
alcohol, and other festive items! One of the biggest celebrations of the year! Music can be heard
all the way to the Heart of MoonGlow!

The Cloyster bar is open at the end of the pier until 11PM. Stop by to have a drink!

                                      Fireworks [should] start at 8PM.

The MoonGlow Elementary School is putting on a traditional island dance. The dances are
                                      similar to Hawaiin Hula Kahiko.

Hula kahiko, often defined as those hula composed prior to 1894 which do not include modern instrumentation (such as guitar, `ukulele, etc.), encompasses an enormous variety of styles and moods, from the solemn and sacred to the frivolous. Many hula were created to praise the chiefs and performed in their honor, or for their entertainment. Types of hula kahiko include ʻālaʻapapa, haʻa, ʻolapa, and many others. Today hula kahiko is simply stated as "Traditional" Hula.

At midnight, it is tradition to set out lantern boats with a written letter of your hopes and wishes.
Generally, most locals pitch a tent and camp out on the beach all night!

                                      Current time: 6 PM
                                      Season/date : Summer 1
                                      Day : Saturday

                                              • The sun cast an orange glow over the few clouds that lingered in the sky. Gentle waves lapped and touched against the warmth of the pearl white sand. The sun was giving way to the night, slowly dipping behind the horizon. A gentle breeze kicked up, laughing children running along the beach with sticky hands from the festival food. The pier was crowded, with both tourists and locals ready for the festivities. The ominous last glow of the sun started to slowly give way to the crescent of the moon.

Dark black hair was pulled up in a sloppy bun, Faolan very rarely ever wore it down. Her arms were crossed under her breasts, a white tank top and jean shorts was all she wore. Her bare feet smooth along the sand. Her bathing suit hidden beneath her clothes. A light breath escaped pinkened lips as her tongue ran along her lower lip, her eyes half lidded, annoyance evident in them. In front of her, a gap toothed older man was fussing with the fireworks, about a half a mile from the pier. A safe distance that was roped off so children wouldn’t come down this far. “So do you always let your charmander near the fireworks or is this a special occasion?” Having that fire ball around fireworks didn’t exactly seem like a good idea. She could hear the pokemon scurrying around, helping his trainer with the preparations. She didn’t need to see to know the stupidity of that idea. The minute he told her there was a charmander parading around the fireworks, she immediately started to worry.

She didn’t see herself being blind as a handicap, quite contrary, she used it as a strength. Her other senses were sharper, and it made the bond with her pokemon all the more special. She could hear the man messing with the fireworks, only causing her to roll her eyes. Just as she was about to speak again, the man grinned and dusted his hands on his pants. “Charmander here has been with me for years helping me with the fireworks. No worries, dear.” He adjusted the belt on his pants, pulling them up slightly and rubbed his nose with the back of his hand. Arbok slithered up beside Faolan, lifting at her full height she could tower over her, but instead lifted her body to equal height while the rest of her body coiled loosely around Faolan’s feet. Even the cobra-pokemon was starting to look a bit uneasy at the whole thing.

“I don't remember a charmander helping you last year.” She nearly hissed through her teeth, Arbok actually hissing. Letting her forked tongue flicker out before her hood flared out a bit. Just as the man was about to speak, and just as Faolan was about to step forward, a sparking hiss caught both of their attention. Both were quiet a moment, though Faolan unwrapped her arms slowly and looked towards the sound. “Why does that sound bad?”

“ ‘Cause it is!” The gap toothed man called, suddenly he sounded like he was a good distance behind her. Running. Running far away.

                                                “Is he running away!?”

                                                BOOM.

Arbok immediately flared her hood and put the bulk of her body in front of Faolan. The cool feel of the cold blooded pokemons skin pressed against her. The ground shook as a group of fireworks sizzled and went off. The loud sound deafening because she was entirely too close. The ground had shook so violently that she lost her balance. Catching herself by stepping back, the action only caused her to trip over Arbok’s tail. Letting out a small ‘umph’, she landed back in the sand, hitting her head a bit. Groaning, she quickly rubbed the back of her head and sat up, crouching over a bit to try and will away the quick flash of pain. Overhead, loud pops and sizzles of different fireworks exploded into the dimly lit sky casting colorful creations into it.

Once Arbok was sure that their was no danger, she slithered around Faolan, letting the woman lay up against her. She couldn’t see the fireworks, but huffed out a sigh before she snarled just a bit. “I’m going to kill him.”

                                                ----

After the whole fiasco, Faolan headed back into town. Still brushing off some of the powder that managed to get on her from the explosion. And now her hair was full of sand. Heading to the Hospital, she took her hair down in an attempt to get most of the sand to come free. Black coils spilling over her shoulders, pieces of sand falling from it. Once at the hospital, she walked down the white wash halls. The smell of medicine and antibacterial cleaner made her cringe a bit. Wrinkling her nose, she peeked her head into Evander’s office, tapping her knuckle on it lightly to alert she was coming in. “Hey there Cinderella, we have the pumpkin ‘till twelve it’s time to go to the festival.” She purred, resting her hip on his desk and scowling a bit as she picked up some of the papers that were scattered along his desk. She picked some up to blankly look at. Even if she could read them, she would have no idea what the medical terminology meant.

Pushing her hip from the desk, she came to stand in front of it. Arms crossed as she bent over ever so slightly at the waist and leaned in a bit. “You know what you need? Women. Or men. Women and men.” She scowled some, looping around the desk and coming up alongside him. Placing a hand on the papers and leaning on the desk, facing him. “The festival has started, you missed a very...unsafe… and premature fireworks show. I may possibly have a concussion.” She pursed her lips at the thought and touched the sore spot at the back of her head. That was the last time she let old man Singh run the fireworks.

Evander worked too much. The poor guy needed to get out of this dimly let prison cell and out into the music encrusted atmosphere of the pier. She put a hand in the nook of his elbow, scowling just a bit. “If you come with me tonight, I promise not sprawl myself all over your examining table...for a couple days.” A greedy smile played on her lips as Arbok slithered behind her, letting out a hiss of air as if the intimidate him. "Come on honey suckle, time for some greasy food."

______I`VE LOST ALL HOPE ( && ) TAKE ME AWAY
The setting sun was what the doctor awoke to after a short nap, jade eye staring up at the cieling as he would be laying haphazardly in his bed. The sound of shuffling made him turn his head to the side only to have a long nose being poked into his face, "Rayleigh....you need to learn some personal space." he'd chuckle as he would kiss the pokemons nose causing it to withdraw quickly, a light red blush covering it's cheeks as it would seem to pout. The blue pokemon crossed it's arms over it's chest before tapping its foot like an impatient woman, Evander would be taking his time sitting up and waking himself. The sound of bells ringing down the hall informed him Lidia was on her way in, Ray turned looking mildly curious as to what the psychic pokemon was doing. Evander moved his legs out of his bed and stretched backwards, laying back as his blanket would move up around his large body before settling back down. Lidia appeared in the door way a moment later, a blue glow surrounded a sheet of paper and a neatly folded pile of clothes that he was sure the pokemon put together. Lidia acted more like an over bearing mother to him sometimes he swore, but he adored her anyways because of the fact she seemed to care. He'd feel the bundle of clothes land on his chest while the sheet floated in front of his face, "Don't tell me you want me to go to that. I don't really want to, I have work to do." he'd state. Lidia dangled the paper in front of his face and he would sigh, "Maybe later." he mumbled as he would stand up and look at the clothes that had been tossed on him. A tight black athletics shirt good for swimming and a pair of his trunks, clearly they wanted him to go swimming or go outside in general. He's been cooped up in his office lately due to the overbearing work on his table, he grimaced as he would decide to change, they would definitely go now, but not ti'll some of the events had settled.

Sitting at his desk as Lucario would take to moving boxes of medicine and the like shipped to him to the storage room, Mania was following behind him holding a checklist in front of her as the two would vanish to the room a door or two down. He was busy working on papers as he would hear the sound of unpacking and shuffling, Lucario saying something to Mania who responded in tandem. Suddenly a pokeball flew at his head happily leaving a partial red mark on his forehead as Lucario appeared again, "I won't forget Syl." he'd state rubbing the tender spot on his head now. Lucario seemed pleased with the answer and he would look down at the empty pokeball, right now Syl was lounging about in the front area, enjoying the cool tile against her scales he was assuming. Ray would peek back into the room clearly scrutinizing the papers on Evander's desk, he would look up and stare at him, "This isn't too hard so don't worry." he unsuccessfully tried to ease his pokemon's worries but it only earned him a light frown before he would turn away and his footsteps would vanish down the hall. Tinkling bells filled the air again as Lidia appeared, she had a cup of tea with her and set it down next to Evander before retreating once again. The silent pokemon never really had much to say or show her expressions, but her actions always seemed genuine. Evander scratched his head before he would freeze at the sound of fireworks going off rather loudly, probably down by the beach seeing as there was a fireworks show tonight. He huffed and laid his head on the desk for a moment seriously wondering if he should ditch his work and take his pokemon out to go enjoy the festival. Though before he could try and get the motivation to finish his work fast the sound of footsteps and frantic tinkling would fill the air. Gardevoir reached his office before Faolan did, the pokemon would easily move the cup out of the way and stand to the side as both the dark haired vixen and her snake pokemon entered, 'Why did I know she was going to appear?" he thought mildly as he would sit up.

The comment made him smirk slightly, it was a bad joke in his mind, but it did fulfill his purpose, a playful jab at his masculinity, "If your my fairy godmother I am surely screwed since you can't really tell time huh?" he'd snicker making a jab back at her. Watching her saunter over to his desk and lean as she would easily snatch one of the papers with her fairly nimble hands, he watched with undisguised amusement seeing as she wouldn't be able to read nor truly understand what the paper said even if she could read. Raising an eyebrow as the woman would stand in front of him and bend over, he'd roll his eyes at her comment, "I won't deny a romp here or there, but I'm not in the mood lately." he'd snort clearly not bothered by the fact he openly dictated he didn't have too many standards. Watching her as she took to standing next to him and then grabbing his arm at the joint where his elbow was. The mention of her concussion made him raise an eyebrow, "Oh what a shame." he'd sigh as he would eye Arbok rather wearily now. He really didn't like poison pokemon, they made him a bit uncomfortable. The sudden promise of not bothering him would make him stand, "Totally okay with that." he'd clearly show eagerness before tapping her head, "I am not sweet though." he'd state as the Arbok would pose an intimidation factor. Milotic was out in the hall poking her head in and looking a bit mad, the sound of the pokemon was pretty as she would call towards him. Evander picked up the pokeball on his desk and recalled her, "Well you got her excited to go." he mumbled as he hooked the pokeball back on his belt with the other three. Dragging Faolan along as Lucario and Mania appeared he would call both of them back while Lidia took to being at his side. Slipping her ribbon like arm through his free one he would roll his eyes, "Since you are the man inviting me out how about you escort Fao?" he'd taunt her lightly.

"Augh Tigre!" The slender brunette cried out and turned around to face the Houndoom laying on her bed. "Stop giving me that look! I don't want to go out anymore than you." Ivy assured him, as she pulled her black tank top over her head. She pulled on the end of the shirt, making sure it covered the top two inches of her jeans. Tigre made a sound that only a dying seel sounds like. He dug his nose into the comforter of the bed. He wasn't very happy to go to a big festival. He hadn't warmed up to the island yet, it was small and nothing like his original home. His trainer felt the same, she was struggling to warm up to the island since she had been here.

Ivy let her finger tips grace the top oak bed frame. Her sigh was so large, you could see her shoulders fall. "Miss you auntie." Ivy whispered as she looked around the master bedroom of the house. She hadn't warmed up to the idea of it being her house yet. No, it was still her aunt's home to her. Ivy sat down on the bed next to Tigre, she curled up into a little ball and hugged her best friend. "I hate death. You're not allowed to ever die. Okay?" Tigre lifted his head and licked Ivy from her chin to her forehead. He then rested his head down on the arm that was wrapped around his shoulders and neck. The two cuddled for a minute longer before Ivy got back up. "Alright time to stop mopping around. Come on, let's be social." The houndoom stretched his body off the bed. He made that strange seel noise again before he let out a long yawn.

Tigre trotted behind Ivy as she made her way out the door. She had nabbed her leather jacket on the way out. The two went into the two barns to check on the animals. "Alright. Milktanks were milked. Everyone is fed." She walked to the back of the barn. She patted the shiny Rapidash on the back. They didn't get along at first. Ivy definitely had a few burns on her arms from the Rapidash, she didn't mind though. After a few months, Rapidash would let Ivy not only touch her, but ride her. "We won't be out late. Keep an eye on everyone pretty girl." Ivy walked out of the barn and closed the doors tightly behind her. She headed towards the entrance of the ranch, and that was the moment Tigre strayed from her.

Ivy's large brown eyes looked back at him. He sat next to her motorcycle, specifically the side car that was attached to it. "No, we're not riding. I might drink. We're going to walk." Ivy said sternly, and waited for Tigre to stop throwing a tantrum. The two were completely different around one another, then they were in public. They were almost to the beach when a loud bang occurred! Ivy and Tigre both looked up from their feet, to catch some fireworks. "Um, that seemed really early. I hope that wasn't it. It kind of sucked." Ivy commented before the two continued. As they took the first couple of steps onto the beach, Ivy realized they walk here was much quicker than she had thought. She was hoping to arrive a bit after the festivities were beginning, but nope. She made it nice and early right as everything was opening up. The smaller the crowd, the more she felt like she stood out. She made her way up to a booth to grab some coke and whiskey. With that in hand she wandered towards the water to where one of the bonfire pits were prepped. The wood was stacked, but no fire yet. Ivy looked down at Tigre, "Fireblast." Within seconds the wood was lit, and Ivy was sitting down on a log enjoying her alcohol. Tigre sat tall and proud next to her.

The first day of summer; the day so many people on Moonglow Island waited so impatiently for was finally here. Maria's least favorite season was Summer in all honestly, but that wouldn't stop her from enjoying the summer festival. Beside, with it only being the first, the weather terribly hot quite yet. It was just warm, and without the humidity it actually felt like quite the nice night. Perfect for enjoy the festivals activities and watching the fireworks. And meeting up with her boss. 'It's strange calling him that still..' she thought to herself as she made her way down the boardwalk. Her bi-colored eyes glanced at what each stand offered, wondering what she should get herself. "There's too much to choose Shadow.. How about we go to the Pokepuff stand and buy you and your siblings a nice treat?" Her gaze shifted to the Umbreon walking beside her. It's ears perked up at her voice and his tail began to say, giving a delighted sound. "I thought you'd like that."

Making their way through the crowd, Maria kept a watchful eyes out for the young man she would be meeting up with that night. Etherion. She knew they weren't suppose to meet for a little while still, but you never know. Maybe he was here already enjoying what the festival had to offer. And if he wasn't, Maria would find a way to get him to have some sort of fun tonight. Of course she knew they had a job to do soon enough with Etherion finally returning to the island, but what could one night of just laying lowing and enjoying themselves hurt? And from what she remembered, he might have her.. 'coworker' with him. What better way to get acquainted? So far she couldn't see him though. More time for her to look around then. "Now lets see.." She thought aloud as she and Shadow made it to the Pokepuff stand. She easily selected her Pokemon's favorites and took the bag after paying. Shadow began to gently nudge the bag hanging from her arm, bringing a grin to the woman's lips. "Someone can't wait, can they? Let's get me something to eat and we'll head to the beach where we're suppose to meet Etherion."

After another ten to fifteen minutes walking around she finally decided on a new necklace (because who could pass that up?), a few steak kabobs, a funnel cake and a fruity wine cooler. She didn't want to be drunk when her boss showed up after all. Maria and Shadow then ventured out to the beach to find a place to situate themselves. Not too far from the beach entrance they found a large empty area that they quickly claimed. Sitting in the sand, she released her Pokemon; Mia the Shiny Sylveon, Flicker the Flareon, Bliz the Glaceon, Bolt the Jolteon and Aquarius the Vaporeon. Passing out the pokepuffs to them all, she watched for a moment for she began to eat her kabobs. "Just think, tonight we might actually have a nice room to stay in instead of camping on the beach. Won't that be nice?" She hummed happily, watching her Pokemon enjoy their treats while she finished her own. "I really hope he got the rooms situated.." All she could do was wait now. Shadow laid beside her, resting his head in her lap while she drank her drink and his siblings played close by in the sand.

                                              • Faolan let out a mock gasp, a lithe elegant hand coming to her chest as if she were shocked and hurt by his words. Which would never happen. Faolan get her feelings hurt? By this ruffian? Never! “That’s rude, Dr. Siege. Do you always treat your patients this way?” She asked with a coy smile as Arbok nudged her hip with her head. The cobra-pokemon loved the festivals and hated missing out. That was her cue to get Mr. Evander out of this dank room and into the lights and delicious fatty food of the festival. A thin smile crept onto her lips as she watched him, a grin slowly broke onto her lips. “Not in the mood? Who isn’t in the mood?” She purred, leaning in closer still. “Your a man, a man is always eager.” She cooed, only scowling afterwards and shrugging. “Maybe you need a mood inhibitor. See? I don’t need a medical degree to know you need to get out of here.”

She closed one eye as if she were wincing when he tapped her head. The back of her head was still a little sore. Her hair hung freely in messy inky coils over her shoulder. The light smell of firework smoke covered her hair...most unpleasantly. A small soot smudge was on the her left cheek, testament to her rather near death experience. She puffed her cheeks out ever so slightly as he seemed to chide her, mock her battle wound. A crooked smile made it’s way onto her lips as he chided her about not being sweet. She rolled her eyes some. “Oh, Evander. You are the sweetest of the sweet. Do I need to make a corny dentist joke about it?” She refrained for the moment. She thought it would take a lot more to get the man out of the office. But it seemed her efforts weren't needed as he recalled some of his pokemon and got up. Seemingly dragging her along.

She put a hand to her chest and smirked at his comment, “Ah, yes. After all, I’m no fairy godmother. I’m prince charming, damn it.” She told, mockingly puffing out her chest a bit as she linked their arms. A flash of humor sparked in strong golden eyes as she glanced up at him. Arbok hissed ever so slightly, though not in any warning, but in contentment. Her tongue flickered out to lightly tickle the back of Evanders neck before she slithered up ahead.

Back on the pier, the throng of people littered over the pier and spilled into the boardwalk and the beach. On the beach, the first sign of a flickering flame brought on by Ivy’s houndoom flecked the beach. The sun was already waning, giving way to the clouds and the horizon. Music trickled loudly through the air, though the voices of the messy crowd seemed to somewhat drown it out. At the end of the pier, the Cloyster bar and grill was slammed packed full of people, mainly tourists. Arbok let out a loud hiss as someone stepped on her tail, lifting it up and looking at it as if she were about to cry. More attached to her pokemons emotions, Faolan looked up and merely grinned lightly. Taking the cold-blooded pokemons tail and rubbing it. “You can battle the toughest of opponents, but a child stepping on your tail is super effective, apparently.” She mused, only causing the Arbok to rebulk and puff out her chest in pride. Which was exactly what Faolan was trying to achieve.

Faolan linked arms once again with Evander. “So, what high cholesterol food do you want first? Funnel cake? Deep fried ...everything?” She asked, though didn’t really give him a chance to reply as she bought something at the nearest stand. She handed him a corndog, holding one of her own.

It was getting late. The sun hung like a coin in the sky, coating her room in a cloak of pink tinged orange. Books neatly lined the hard oak desk, categorized by author. A small radio played the happy hum of Ben's Pokemon Music that dusted the air of the room with contentedness. They were the occupants more import texts, with more sitting in a trunk at the end of her borrowed, but paid for, bed. It was neatly made with clean sheets of lavender and accented with blue: an old Drifloon doll was settled on the pillows as if it had been there for years, it's taped up mouth fraying at the corners where small fingers rolled the fabric and pinched fibers away. Another book sat next to it, once garish colors faded with time.

The wardrobe near the door was packed with clothes of varying shades of black, a pink, yellow, or purple shirt poking like unwanted guest among them. Pants, socks, and underwear were tucked into the drawers, hidden from prying eyes, whiles shoes were more then likely waiting in a suitcase to be of use without taking up space. The room was small, but cozy. The small window let in just enough light and a matching curtain could be drawn if the occupant wanted darkness.

Alma stood in the center of it all, working sandy blond hair through a worn hair tie. Pieces tumbled out around her face, too short to be restrained even as she tried. They stood out against the black of her tank top and the mesh covering her from shoulder to wrist. Jeans hung low on her hips, reaching the floor were her feet sported mismatched socks... a habit she hadn't kicked after attending the academy. The woman let her hands drop, giving up on the errant strands to grab her shoulder bag and stuff her feet into a worn pair of charlestons. Not all that festive looking, but she was comfortable and happy. That was all that really mattered.

Making sure she had everything (and leaving the radio to play happily), the professor exited the room, ducking down the all with her head focused on the door. No one seemed to be around however, so her avoidance went mostly without notice. It wasn't that she didn't want to socialize, she just didn't want to do it then. She wanted to explore a bit in quiet to get her bearings, and when Elysia woke up from her nap, there would be plenty of talking to fill the sky. Alma barely made it out the old wood door before the tell tale sound of a pokeball opening in her bag alerted her of her more mischievous ghost pokemon's presence. The Misdreavus floated up, bleary eyed and yawning, resting lightly on her trainer's shoulder and nibbling on her hair in childish comfort.

The lit up streets brought memories of other festivals. The one Alma attended on Shamouti Island had been by far her favorite. The professor had received a great deal of valuable interviews and the prophecy had been interesting to witness first hand. She hadn't been allowed to follow that years Chosen One, but the entire event had still been worth it (even if she could not for the life of her remember the later part of the night and was hung over the next morning).

The blonde woman bent down to examine a colorful display of sea shell necklaces, fingering a pair of yellow stardust earrings and matching with a twinkle in her eye. Elysia fluttered down to inspect the item with interest, making little screeching chuckles as the items sparkled in a near by tiki torch.
“Shall we get these as souvenirs?”Her voice was surprisingly husky for a female, but it made the ghost pokemon screech in glee, who plucked up a bracelet to match. Alma paid the vender, removing two of her many earrings to replace with her more festive ones before slipping the bracelet on her wrist.

It may not have looked it, but Alma truly was having a very wonderful time. She bought dozens of poke'treats for her Ghosts (Elysia munching happily out of Alma's hand and keeping herself out of trouble) and deep fried cookie dough for herself (which he devoured too fast and had to buy more). She clapped when watching the children do their dance, planning to stop by the school at some point to offer to give a lecture. No, the Ethos Opening Ceremony was truly spectacular, even if the fireworks went off too early and there was enough sand in her shoes to build a castle when she returned home. There was a brief smile as she nudged off her shoe to let a small cascade return to the beach where it belonged. She would find a lovely spot on the beach to watch the fireworks then maybe hit the bar everyone seemed to be talking about. It was even in her guide book for MoonGlow Island. Tomorrow she'd have to go visit Professor Foxglove and discuss the legend behind the celebration, or maybe she'd learn some information just talking to the locals.

It would never cease to amaze him what money could buy. The blue eyed blonde gazed admiringly around the suite he had reserved at the Inn. For a small rustic island, this set of rooms certainly made up for the trouble of getting here and what was sure to be the trouble of finding the secrets enclosed in the jungley heart of MoonGlow Island. While it hadn't been easy, a bit of haggling had reserved him a suite of 3 bedrooms with a connecting livingroom/kitchenette for him and his team. As the leader, he had snagged the biggest room, and had quickly made himself at home. With everything squared away, it was well time to enjoy the bathroom, complete with shower and Jacuzzi(which would likely be utilized at a future date).

After scrubbing the feel of a tourist-ridden ferry and hike up to the hotel off his skin, Etherion stepped out of the shower only to be confronted with a rather dangerous sight. His plan to wash up and relax after the journey to the island was apparently going to end with him spending all of his money repairing the Moondust Inn. Sitting on the bathmat, happy as a clam in mud, was Calder, his shiny Slowking, rolling pokeballs across the floor. This would be fine if they contained pokemon similar in size to him, but one wrong roll could unleash Anya, his Wailord. And, while spacious, this bathroom was no where near large enough to capacitate a pokemon of that caliber. Without even grabbing his towel, Etherion scooped up the pokeballs and returned them to his belt. Of course he now had two choices, try his best to scold his Slowking before admitting defeat and scooping Calder up and consoling him (the poor thing wasn't particularly tough), or just let it go and get ready. Based on the fact that the clock on his phone read six in the evening and he was now almost certainly going to be late for his meeting with Maria, he chose option B. Of course, Option B is only good if a loud explosion doesn't go off down at the beach startling Calder into a fit of clinginess. Have you ever tried getting dressed with a Slowking clinging to your leg? Let's just go ahead and say it's not easy.

Once Etherion finally managed to get an old pair of jeans and black t-shirt on, Calder managed to calm down enough to play with the laces on Etherion's trainers while he combed out his still wet hair and threw on a blue zip-up hoodie. It was only the first day of summer and the recently-turned-twenty-four-year-old knew not to trust the earlier warm weather. The beginning of summer would lure you out with it's balmy, warm days before freezing you cold in the early evening. After untangling his laces and putting his shoes on, Etherion strapped his belt around his waist and scooped up Calder. Before leaving the room, he slipped the spare room keys into his wallet and shot a text to Nicole. Both he and Maria would need keys to the room and Nicole would hopefully be meeting up with him and Maria on the beach to watch the fireworks. Etherion himself was on the island officially as a tourist, though he was sure he could insinuate himself somewhere so he'd get to the secrets the island held.

Etherion walked along the boardwalk and took a few moments to enjoy the energy of the festival as well as all the tantalizing smells. He'd be hitting the bar later for real food and a few social drinks, so he didn't bother getting anything for himself, but Calder, riding exultantly on his shoulders, got his own fish-kabob and a few treats for later. Anya and Ishtar, his seadra, had swum alongside the ferry on the way to the island and could last until the next morning. Before he could even begin to worry about finding Maria on the crowding beach, Etherion spotted her just off the entrance to the sand. He kicked his shoes off before stepping onto the soft, still warm sand and lifted Calder off his shoulders. The usually timid pokemon seemed to take a moment before recognizing Maria from back during Etherion's time at the pokemon academy. The two had met during Etherion's first trip to the island and she'd willingly agreed to keep an ear out for gossip until he returned. Their meeting tonight would tell him what she knew and she'd have a chance to formally meet Nicole, if the man every showed.

With Calder holding his hand and walking beside him (as opposed to hiding behind his legs as he walked like he did around strangers), Etherion hailed the gem-eyed blonde as soon as he was close enough. "Been waiting long? You all look comfy." He flashed a smile that reached all the way to his bright blue eyes. Without waiting for an invitation, Etherion settled himself down on the sand and waited until Calder had climbed into his lap, humming happily the whole time, before digging the room key out of his wallet. "Hopefully the island has treated you well since I last saw you. Oh! I managed to snag us a suite at the Inn which should work for our purposes." He held out the key for her and took another look up and down the beach. The background chatter of residents and tourists alike filled the evening with a pleasant hum. The setting sun stained the deceptively calm surf a beautiful ruby-orange. A few miles off the coast, the gentle waves turned to mists and riptides, spelling certain death for the unwary surfer and boater alike.

Company: Maria and Co., Calder.
Current Location: Beach, just past the entrance.
Countenance: Content, with a side of expectance.
Controlling Comments: Sorry this took almost literally forever. Also the format might change slightly depending on my free time. Now to go fill in journal entries!

" Thank you - no, tha-AHnk you! " The professor repeated himself to the snack stand owner, having to lift his voice just short of yelling to make himself heard over the flowing throng of people at his back. Clark politely bowed his head before he turned from the stand with a delighted grin and a small, white plate at hand that he almost immediately had to sweep upwards and out of the way as he twisted his body to avoid a little pack of laughing children (and a yipping growlithe) who suddenly dashed by his legs - just missing crashing into him. Blinking quickly as he watched them dart back into the crowds, it was only a moment before he shook his head with a light chuckle as his mildly surprised expression returned to a tranquil smile and he slipped back into his own easy stroll down the busy, torch-lit boardwalk.

It was Summer again on beautiful Moonglow, and it seemed that the whole of the island had turned out this evening to welcome its return. All around him, spread out as far as the professor could see in any direction up or down the boardwalk there was a thick press of people coming and going and making their rounds about the many stalls set up along the way, just as he was tonight. Clad in a well-worn light blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows and plain, khaki pants made up the whole of his festival-wear for the evening, Clark would admit only that the black leather loafers (albeit a pair that had seen better days) may have been pushing it a bit for waterfront festival appropriate wear. But the night air was mild and delicious even in the midst of the crowd, and if he felt overly-warm at all, the lightly salty breeze rising off the ocean quickly cooled and soothed him. Making his way through the masses however, was no simple feat and he (and the Espeon padding along at his side) had to exercise a great deal of patience and care to avoid bumping into or stumbling over the other cheery festival-goers - but it was more than worth the effort. Being immersed in the smiling crowds, surrounded by the exciting sights, sounds, and smells of the occasion only served to energize the professor, who seemed notably animated as he and his lilac pokemon giddily bounced about the many stands and attractions along the walkway.

" Wha~ ? " Clark slowed, then paused his stride when the psychic pokemon stopped and nudged at his leg with a little mewl. Mid-chew of one of his own treats - one of four sticks of skewered dumplings in a sweet sauce that had been carefully stacked on his tiny plate - he stopped and swallowed, his chocolatey eyes following to wear Bright was trying to lead him - a little stand selling an assortment of pokemon treats. The Espeon gave out another small cry and gazed at her trainer with a hopeful, yearning gleam in her eye. The man's smile returned immediately once realization set in and he polished off the skewer of dumplings he had been working on before hurrying over to the stand and buying his companion several of the treats that he'd merrily toss to her as they ambled on.

Gradually, the duo would make their down off the bustling boardwalk to the relative tranquillity of the beach, where the indistinct babble of the crowds steadily died down again the rolling, rhythmic din of the ocean gently lapping against the shore. The sky was darkening by the time Clark and his Espeon reached the sand, and the sharp smell of firework smoke still vaguely hung in the air (huh? weren't they rather early this year?). But the perfect peacefulness of the scene, the many bonfires dotting the shore against the backdrop of a perfect sunset on one end and a glowing boardwalk on the other, warmed him and brightened his grin. He was just wandering, aimless and content, when he spied a familiar pair sitting next to a crackling bonfire. With his shoes already in his hand (loafers and beaches didn't tend to mix well), he didn't quicken his pace as he approached the rancher and her ubiquitous houndoom, but did lift his hand and call out them as he came close - albeit sure to keep a polite distance. And an eye on said houndoom who, in his experience could be just a bit touchy.

" Ivy " He cheerily called out. " It's good to see that you and Tigre made it to the festival! "

There was a certain pep in Olive's step today. The weather outside was beautiful, (in her opinion, at the very least), she'd woken up happy, and things just seemed... nice. Maybe it was the fact that for once, things at the farm seemed to be in perfect condition. It was a rare day when she didn't have much work to do out there, but all day today, all the cheery young lady had to take care of was a little bit of pruning, and faster than she ever would have imagined, she'd managed to complete her work for the day. Straightening up from the plant she'd been working on, Olive stretched her arms up, a little surprised expression growing on her face at the couple of popping noises that came from her back. The noises didn't hurt though, so it didn't upset her mood in the very slightest. As looked around the fields, she couldn't help the smile that grew on her lips. It really was a wonderful day, and here were all her flowers, pretty as can be where they grew. In the distance, she could hear the hum of the Combee, and near her, the chittering of the Sunflora. These sorts of days didn't come often, so she always took the time to appreciate them.

A little noise rumbled in her stomach, and she placed a hand there, a giggle leaving her lips. A glance at the sky let her know she'd been working out here for quite a long time, and that it was probably time for her to go inside and get herself something to eat. Not only that, but it was time to PARTY. Today was a very special day on Moonglow island. Today was the Ethos Ceremony- and she'd written her letter already. In fact, she'd written it about a week before, and was absolutely positively thrilled to send it out on those little boats. More particularly, however, she was excited to see the fireworks. That's what the best part of the whole night was, in her opinion.

"Who's coming with me?" There was a bright grin on the girl's face as she turned and looked at her team. Most of them looked exhausted from the day's work, and she was sure that most of them would want to stay home. To her surprise, however, they all seemed just as excited to go as she was, which of course, made her very happy. These were some of her closest friends, and she shook her head with a little laugh. "Alright, if you say so! Tonight's going to be so much fun!" Her voice was full of enthusiasm. It'd been a while since a good festival had happened, and she was more than ready to celebrate.

It wasn't long before she and her Pokemon had cleaned up enough to head out to the beach, where she knew the festivities had probably already started. Before leaving however, she made sure to visit the old couple who lived inside the farmhouse. Her voice was soft and gentle with them- a quality that most people never got to see in Olive, who everyone probably knew as the loud, excitable girl who couldn't sing to save her life. After their little meeting, she left quietly, making sure to turn off the lights, and lock the door, so they'd be safe. They might not have had the strength to come to the festival tonight, but she made a promise to herself to bring something home. The thought of them getting older sat heavy in her heart for a little while... but eventually she managed to wipe the idea from her mind- she could see the beach.

A bright grin formed on her face, and she began to run at top speed down the road, excited as can be to finally get to the festival. Unfortunately, another thing she was rather well known for was the fact that she was so incredibly clumsy that most people knew to stand way, way, way out of her way when she started speeding up like this. Luckily, nobody was in her way when she finally (and inevitably) caught the toe of her shoe on a stone that just barely jutted out of the sand, thus tripping and flying a couple of feet before falling flat on her face.

                                        "....Ow."

The day had been a particularly slow one at the Hot Springs, which was closed for the day, thanks to the Festival. However, though the doors were locked, the insides of the little establishment nestled inside the hill were alive with activity- the Pokemon that were employed there still had their daily chores to attend to, and so did the elegant figure of a woman that moved gracefully from room to room now, sure to check that everything was in tidy condition for tomorrow, when they would open once more. Every gesture, word, or movement that came from the ebony-haired young lady was like fluid. If a person didn't know any better peering inside, they might even mistake her for the previous owner of the place- a certain Kimiko Minamoto.

The young lady, however, was not Kimiko, but instead, her daughter, Ayame. Ayame had been in charge of the place for two years now, and rarely left the building except to wander atop the hill, where now grew a beautiful garden- a project that she had started to honor her mother, and her brother as well. She was a sweet girl, but rarely made herself available during festivals. This year, however, things seemed to be a little bit different than usual. As she strode into the final bathing room, a very resound chirrup came from the corner of her room. There stood Taiyo and Amai, (a Petelil and a Ralts) both looking very eager to voice their opinions. "I... I don't want to." The voice that came from the girl was a soft one. It seemed Ayame already knew exactly what these two were attempting to get at.

A ripple moved across the surface of the bath's waters, as yet another Pokemon made its appearance. This was Oyu, a Tirtouga who helped keep the waters clean and warm for the customers. He stared steadily at Ayame, before releasing a deep tone. "I have too much to do here." Taiyo was quick to make sure her disagreement was heard, issuing a series of irritated chirps. "I most certainly do not hole myself up in here!" The Petelil huffed, and the Ralts next to her shook her head slowly. Before Ayame could respond, however, she was stopped by the feeling of someone tugging on the edge of her kimono in an attempt to get her attention. She glanced down, and sighed softly. Looking up at her with big sad eyes were two more of her Pokemon, a Flabebe and a Bellossom, named Chai and Hana. "...Are you sure?" They both nodded, and Ayame knew immediately this was a battle she wasn't going to win. If Chai wanted her to go to the beach, there wasn't any saying no, being that she was the only Pokemon on Ayame's team who was terrified of water. Ayame knelt down for a moment, allowing Chai to float up and into her hands. "You can stay here, if you'd like... I know how you feel about the beach." A grateful expression crossed the tiny Pokemon's face, and she left a little kiss on Ayame's forehead.

"But someone will need to stay here with you." It was a final attempt to find an excuse to stay. Unfortunately, her Pokemon were still adamant that she go, and soon, she saw that Amai, Taiyo, and Oyu had all volunteered by moving to stand by Chai. "There's no getting out of this, is there?" There was a resolute sound of agreement that came from the entire crowd of Pokemon. A small laugh left the young lady's lips as she slowly stood back up. "I'll go then... but only because you insist." There was a silence shortly after- her Pokemon all seemed to know what she was thinking. And only so I can wish for my father's health...

Finally, she began to move about, slowly preparing herself to attend the festival. She didn't want to arrive in any sort of fashion that would bring dishonor to her family or to the business, and she didn't want to be disrespectful of the others there, and so, she ended up wearing one of her nicer kimonos- a soft lavender one decorated with blue blossoms, with her hair done up in an elegant bun that wasn't too flashy or showy by any means. She decided against taking her parasol with her, it was late by now, and there wasn't any sun for her to avoid. As she reached the door, there was a small noise. Looking down she saw that two Pokemon had joined her- the Bellossom from earlier, and a strangely colored Umbreon- a gift from her brother. A smile grew on her lips. Her friends were kind to her- they'd never let her face the outside world by herself.

After a short while, Ayame found herself standing by the edge of the waters, staring out into the distance. She hadn't yet run into anyone else, and so instead, she quietly offered her prayers that safety would bless her family back where they were at home.

______I`VE LOST ALL HOPE ( && ) TAKE ME AWAY
Evander felt Lidia's arm tighten lightly around his, her form swaying lightly as she hovered along the floors in her ghostly way. He'd smirk at her rather possessive nature towards him, seeing as she wanted to go before Faolan dragged him out. He had taken it to be jealousy on the pokemons part, which in itself was kind of funny, if not cute. Excitement didn't really plague him as it did his pokemon as well as his current guest, sure parties and festivals were fun, but he wasn't really in the mood to drink or eat anything greasy, even though Syl had been the most excited to go out he had neglected the thought of it the entire time due to the hassle it sometimes posed. Keeping track of his pokemon sometimes felt like keeping track of children. Hard, and time consuming. He'd roll his eyes when Fao made a mock show of being hurt, "Only to my specially educated ones." he'd snicker easily picking on her with a little playful tone in his voice. It was hard to not enjoy her company and there really rude banter towards one another, it was something he was allowed to let loose on in most cases, not like many would take what he said as a joke. Doctors aren't well known for making funny jokes. Lidia moved closer as they would start their little walk, he would only catch what she said about not being in the mood and being eager, "Says the person whose never handled a man before." he'd take a light jab at her still playing of course. Though she herself would look for a reason to say he needed to have a good time, "Mood inhibitor. I think having no paperwork on my desk would be a good one." she'd shake his head with a sigh as Lidia patted his arm, "Then again my nurse hasn't been around lately either." he'd rub his chin lightly slightly curious about where the woman had been lately. Lidia would pull on him lightly urging him to move a bit faster, he'd take notice of Fao's wince though before his attention was pulled away from her, she probably had a little bruise on her head. Something easily fixed with ice were they to get some, which he would if she let him drag her to a place with it, or just dunk her head in some water. Now that would be funny, a wet Faolan.

As they would start their leave he would hear the sounds of enjoyment of kids running around freely in the area out towards the beach, the laughter and fleeting talks of adults that loitered around in groups with one another who have yet to approach the festivity or were leaving it. People drinking and having a merry good time, the smell of alcohol is the only thing that made him slightly comfortable, now that sounded great right now. Lidia would be busy glancing everywhere before poking Evander's side and demanding that he let Ray and Mania out to play. Syl would have to be near the docks to enjoy herself fully, but the other three could walk around for awhile, "Yes yes Lidia." he mumbled detaching the pokeballs from the belt strapped over his shoulder, easily letting his Lucario, and Meowstic out. The three were looking around, Raylieghs nose was in the air as he would immediately take off with Lidia and Mania in pursuit. Syl's ball shook wildly as she would come out suddenly and wrap her body half way around him, her tail almost smacking Arbok in the process. The Milotic turned and seemed to be apologizing to the snake pokemon before slithering like it right next to Evander, creating a form of giant scaly barrier between him and anyone on the side not occupied by Faolan. He'd look to Fao when she mentioned her was sweet, "I would love to hear some corny dentist joke. Well other than a dentist being a dentist." he'd snicker. Ah the doctor didn't like dentists, that was just a small thing of his, not that many new about that little tidbit, he usually just seemed to make fun of them in a playful manner. He'd chuckle at Fao's comment about being Prince Charming rather than the Fairy Godmother. The feeling of a flickering tongue on the back of his neck made him tense up heavily, his hair standing on end for a moment while Syl would look back at Arbok who would now be slithering far ahead. The faint dots of white and dark blue ahead showed Rayliegh, Lidia and Mania were well on their way.

As they would make their way on to the pier he would watch Syl immediately ditch him for the ocean waters lapping at the edge of the beach, some of the local children who enjoyed the large pokemon took to sitting on her back and tail as she would slither along the shore line that had the waves licking her belly. Though he knew she wanted to go into the water she would play with the kids for awhile first, that was just how she was. He missed the little scene with Arbok being comforted by Faolan as Rayliegh returned with Lidia and Mania, all of which held a few berries, while Lidia held out something like cotton candy to him, offering a bite. He'd shake his head, "It's all your's Lidia." he'd snicker. The pokemon smiled and blushed before returning to eating her sweet treat. Mania tapped the Gardevoir's side and pointed towards the Cloyster Bar. The trio ran off again. Evander rubbed his head lightly and realized that Fao was gone, but was back within seconds holding a corndog, "I swear my attention span is worse than a child's." he'd chuckle easily taking the food and eating a bite, "Thanks." he mumbled threw his chewing, "Things have been going pretty well lately." he mumbled between bites, "Well other than that kid that's been saying 'b***h a tent" hehe." he'd snicker easily poking fun at the woman, "I wonder who is sleepin out here tonight?" he offered a question wondering if Fao was going to take part in the old tradition.

Ivy's head twisted around as she heard her name called. Both her and Tigre were looking off into the direction. Ivy smiled and stood up as she saw Professor Clark approach. Professor, would that make him a doctor? There are people who specialize in science that you call Dr something or other. Thankfully she had met him enough to keep things casual, and somewhat informal. Ivy extended her arm for a hand shake once he was in reach. "Hi! It's nice to see you guys." Ivy greeted them. Her eyes glanced down at the Houndoom who was trying to figure out if he needed to keep his eye on Clark or the Espeon. The two pokemon certainly seemed like opposites in appearances. Ivy rested her hand down and stroked Tigre's neck, a way of trying to relax him.

"Please join me! Take a seat." Ivy pointed at the log next to the one she had been sitting on. She sat down, before realizing that he might have plans already. It would seem rude to assume he was here alone. Most people she had observed had been coming in groups or couples. 'Unless you have somewhere to be or meet people. I completely understand." Ivy replied trying to cover all her bases. She hadn't been any really solid friends yet in the months she had been here. She enjoyed the farmer's company, she was nice. Otherwise Ivy hadn't gone out too much to meet people. She had spoken to multiple people, just not connected yet. It was hard to make friends though when you're not forced to see them everyday. It was so much easier to make friends back in school.

Once Ivy had spoken, the Tigre walked over to her. The Houndoom sat on Ivy's lap. His back legs were tucked up on her legs, but his front legs were stretched out and hitting the sad. He wasn't being threatening, he was just trying to show that she was his. "Tigre sit next to me while there is someone else here. You're not a lap pokemon. I can't see of your head." She told him. The Houndoom pouted as he got off and laid on her feet. Ivy looked back up to Clark to see what he would be doing. Truth me told, she was hoping he would join her. It felt awkward to sit out here alone. Definitely made her feel more of an outsider than she already was.

A quick breath escaped her lips as she eased herself into the comforts of her reclining chair. It had been a long, arduous day for Lily. Despite the scarcity in visitors today, the change in seasons called for several Pokemon at the center to come down with various illnesses. Fortunately none of them were too serious, but she preferred to make sure that nothing would go wrong. That and with festivities going on, often times accidents would happen and she wanted to be there for it. Not that she was doting on anything unfortunate to happen, no!

It was just that at the same time Lily wanted to attend the ceremony herself. Her most anticipated part of the night would be to ride the lantern boats, but with her current situation it seemed far from happening. The nurse let out another sigh before she shook her head, fiercely balling her hands into determined fists. "No, this isn't the time to mope around! Gotta get back to work!" And with that she had left the comforts of her chair, only to be stopped by a sharp tugging of her uniform. She found herself peering down at none other than Aster, her trusted Growlithe. She cocked a playful brow at him, hands at her hips as if to ask what he wanted. He only let out another low growl, teeth still refusing to let her go. Lily stared at the Pokemon for a few seconds before finally comprehending his actions. "Aster...I-I can't go. I have to work." But he was stubborn and remained firm, shooting her the usual puppy face, only causing Lily to become flustered as she moved strands of her hair from her face. Fortunately for Aster his puppy face would always force Lily to give in, no matter how hard she tried to resist. She let out another soft sigh in defeat as she removed her glasses and set them aside. "Mmm...Okay, okay. Just for a little bit, how about that?" At this Aster's eyes shone, his tail wagging enthusiastically at his trainer's change of mind. Seeing his happy reaction lifted her spirits, though she still felt remorseful for giving in.

After timidly asking Mable, who instantly agreed to fill in for her trainer, Lily hesitantly left the Center with Aster pouncing joyously by her side. As she walked she realized just how late it was, having barely kept track of time while she was inside. It didn't take her long to reach the boardwalk, astounded as always by the amount of people and Pokemon alike that filled the area. The smell of food quickly caught her attention, eliciting a rumble from her stomach as well as causing a blush to come across her cheeks. "I haven't eaten since morning." She admittedly sheepishly to herself, deciding it wouldn't hurt to have a bite of whatever appealed to her, and Aster.

( wehhh, finally posted but not the best /cries )

XXXDeon stood on the pier entrance connected to the beach-side bored walk, in nothing more than boxers, black swim trunks with two vertical red strips going down the sides and a black button down shirt left open at the top. He couldn't believe he’d let Lady Creed talk him into wearing such an outfit tonight, it was completely unprofessional and not at all functional. However she insisted and ordered him to do so and he was not one to turn down an order from the woman even if he disagreed with it. He was tracking down said woman at the time, but after seeing the fireworks go off prematurely he’d spent the last half hour tracking down the oldman that did them every year. “Why was Charmander helping you do the fireworks in the first place?!” “Well um, that’s not the point if it hadn't been for that pestering bat of a woman…” Deon shot the man a rather scary glance. “I mean that wonderful Overseer of ours Charmander wouldn't have been distracted and we’d all be sitting pretty right now.Ughh, “Well whatever the case did you have time to set up the secondary display barge?” “Yeah but it’s not fully complete.” “Then have some water pokemon push it over to the main dock and finish it up, we still have time to get things ready before the actual fireworks display time arrives. And this time Charmander doesn't help, with anything, GOT IT.” “Umm…, Yes sir.” With that the old man was off mumbling some obscenities to himself and Charmander as he walked the docks.

XXXDeon couldn't believe the story he’d heard from the old man and the fact that Lady Creed had just left without telling him to set up the backup fireworks display. She knew how many tourists came here for this and the last thing they needed where upset or angry tourist, then again she rather disliked tourist so it wasn't that big of a shock. Besides that who let a Charmander work around fireworks anyway, Deon’s highly trained Charizard Cameron wasn't allowed some place still cause once that tail gets to swinging you don’t know what could happen. I bet she did all this just to sidetrack me, come Archer lets track down our fair lady she’s got some explaining to do. I swear that woman has no type of sense at all who does this; Feng has more common sense than her.” At least he could be somewhat relaxed at the fact that Feng was with her, she would keep Lady Creed out of too much trouble. Turning to his right the rather large Arcanine known as Archer stood up from its sitting position on the ground next to Deon making him even taller now. Archer was amazing at hunting down anyone or anything but most of the time Deon just had him tracking the Overseer all over the island who for some reason loved to wander off.

XXXWhile following Archer down the pier Deon had to make a few stops along the way, gosh he felt more like a secretary than a bodyguard most of the time and today he was working over time. “You there no Gyarados on the beach don’t you see the signs, No Large Pokemon on the beach or waterfront side.” The young man quickly returned the dragon like pokemon to its ball as the woman he’d been showing off for started to laugh; Deon on the other hand was still quite serious. The signs and rules where there to be followed to keep everyone safe during the festival, large pokemon on the beach or water front posed dangers to other tourist even if unintentional and that wasn't going to be happening as long as he was there. Just then Deon got bumped buy a small group of kids running down the boardwalk, “Hey, No Running.” “Sorry mister,” they yelled in unison as the continued on, “I’m starting to see why the Lady hates tourist, no respect.” Deon sulked in his thoughts for a moment before being nudged by Archer, looking over to his four legged friend the wolf like dog let out a low growling grunt. “Perfect,
XXXDeon knew his companion very well and this meant he’d found Lady Creed and the woman in question was nearby. “Oh she is so much trouble when I find her,” Deon set off down the boardwalk again following Archer and his nose as they passed by shops and hoards of tourist and locals alike. The smells filling the air from the vendors were very alluring and distracting as Deon’s stomach started to prosiest in them to stop and grab some quick hand food to snack on. To bad for his stomach though as Deon continued to walk past the small food stands, he’d eat later after all tonight events went off without further problems. Besides the fireworks and a few unruly patrons things seemed to be going rather smooth tonight, the street vendors were packed with customers buying all sorts of nick-nacks and MoonGlow Island exclusive items.

XXXHe couldn't help but smile at the sight it was rather relaxing and he was a lover of order and things seemed to be right on track for the night. “Oh yeah, after I find Lady Creed I should probably check I on the oldman, hopefully he’s got the backup fireworks display ready it’ll be time soon.” Looking over to the beach Deon pushed his glasses up on his face, he'd decided they’d be better than his contacts just in case sand found its way into his eyes. Scanning the beach he soon spotted a young woman who’d fallen over face first into the sand, it seemed a little early to be that drunk but then again it was a festival. Deon needed to go make sure she was alright so he postponed his lecture for another quick side trip as he walked over to the young woman who lay in the sand. “Are you alright Miss?,” he asked holding his hand out in front her in a attempt to help the young woman back up onto her feet.
