Anuhea clenched her fists tightly together, a small thrilling sensation warming her chest to see the Vaporeon go flying across the large open area. She stepped back lightly as it splashed back into the water. It wasn't ideal to send a Vaporeon right back into the water, but they would have to deal with whatever came at it for now. Her fingers reached down, feeling the pokeballs lined against her side.

Anuhea stared back defiantly at the beast, taking a single step backwards. Eye contact could only mean one thing. The maw of the beast opened and water came bursting forth with extreme pressure. But the pressure of a Hydro Pump was unreliable. The power made it inaccurate, and the water slammed forward for Anuhea, but was blocked by the sudden movement of her Amoonguss. The water hit the grass type pokemon hard, but the fungus was unflinched. It shook its trunk briefly, kicking off the remaining water before staring back at the pokemon who would dare ignore it to attack its trainer. Anuhea gave a small relived smile to Akamu. He was the reliable sort like that. She'd never had to worry about being hit in the first place. Not when Akamu was prepared for this fight.

And suddenly, a roar echoed forth so loudly from the beasts maw that it shook the very floor Anuhea was standing on. The woman stumbled forward, trying to hold her balanced, and brought her hands up to her ears to cover them. Akamu shook violently, the sound of the roar seemingly somehow reverberating with his form. Anu looked up as the vibrations from the roar seemed to reverberate perfectly with her pokeballs. And then Akamua was pulled by a red light back into his pokeball, while another pokemon was spit out at random.

"Mahealani!" Anuhea called out as her own Vaporeon replaced Akamu's form. A battle of Vaporeons? But the other was weak, they could catch it now probably. Anuhea stepped forward as the roar slowly dissipated from her ears.

Mahealani cried out loudly, stepping forward towards its fellow Vaporeon. There was no friendliness in its demeanor however. It opened its mouth widely, exhaling a long yawn. Small pink bubbles floated out from Mahealani's mouth, rushing at the other Vaporeon and popping nearby to lull the other Vaporean into a slumber.

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Al sat in the booth of a diner close to the sea that would lead him to Genkei Town in a matter of hours once he and his team was rested enough to travel. He waited ten more minutes before getting out of the booth and walking towards the sea shore but he didn't pull out any pokemon to yet, no instead he looked towards the Abandoned Region. He thought how dangerous this could be even with his team but he wanted to go and he knew his team would love to help so reaching in his trench coat he pulled out a pokeball and threw it until a red flashing light summoned a purple shelled pokemon known as Cloyster the fourth member caught in his team a while back when he caught was raising his staraptor. He looked down at it as it sat in the water of the ocean and jumped down on it before it began surfing towards the Sabireta Region in less than twenty minutes they should be in Genkei town and he could meet the Professor said to live there. He knew very little of the town except that water and grass pokemon would be there waiting for him since it was close to the shore lines, so he would be ready with Pyroar and Shinx even though he had a certain feeling he should've brought Electivire. Shinx was good and all but for all he knows these pokemon could be tougher than Shinx

~Timeskip~

The twenty minutes passed and Al was on land with Cloyster back in its pokeball all he had to do now was find the Professor and hopefully she could explain to him a little better about the Region so he could be more prepared, he had full restores and pokeballs to catch a new set of pokemon but he can't catch nothing he isn't expecting. What was he expecting from this journey was to be a champ and find a home here now but that was his only mission now after that he could probably be a mentor to new trainers or what ever else involved pokemon. Reviving from his day dream he began to walk towards Genkei town trying to find the professor but instead found a camp, something he wasn't expecting none the less he wasn't sure what to trust in this region. Reaching in his coat once more he grabbed another pokeball and tossed it forward to release his strongest in the team, Metagross, once the pokeball came back he looked at Metagross and walked forward to examine the camp site.

Opening the flaps on some of the tents he found no one which was surprisingly something he thought would happen, he saw no one around or even coming to the island when he first arrived and for all he knows this place is still abandoned. Al looked at Metagross one more time before he lightly spoke "Metal Sound" he wouldn't do it if he knew there was people around but because there was no sign of anyone there but metal sound would catch anything or anyone by surprise and they would have no choice but to come and check it out or attack in which they would be ready. Metagross let out a ear wrenching screech like nails running across a black board now all they had to do was wait for someone to come out and greet them or a pokemon to come out and try and start a fight with him.

Company: -- Party over here!: int he Ocean, off the shores of Genkai Beach
The Music playing in my head: Sometimes I just Drift away

Babe Watched as the little Pokemon 'gently' pulled her trainer back to the conversation, and a wide grin stretched across the womans face as she struggled to hold back a laugh "Wow you're worse than I am, were doomed for sure" she said shaking her head as she ruffled macks hair pushing down on his head slightly as she spun around on her heel to face the water "You see that mack?" she asked as she pointed out to the small shadows of bird like Pokemon that flew above the ocean out over the depths of the water "We have to lure one of those Pokemon back to shore, it shouldn't be too hard to get one to follow me, but when I get it here you need to be ready, alright?" she asked looking back at him with a wide grin. However he didn't seem all that interested in the process, in fact he was more intrigued by her sweet little fossil Pokemon. Then again that shouldn't have surprised her, his entire motive for coming here was to study fossil Pokemon and dig. The water type wasn't exactly what he was interested in "Actually, its not that much more different than my other Pokemon, hes just a little sweetie, are you Pascal" she said giving her Pokemon a quick pat on the head. "Maybe when you have a bit more experience under your belt ill let you two play" she said with a hint of devious intention to her voice "But for now we got a new friend to meet, So hang tight i'll be right back" Babe said as she slipped off her shoes and bag and set them in a messy heap on the ground "you stay here sweet thing" she said as she cooked the Pokemon off of her shoulder and onto the ground. The bug Pokemon protested and whined as she placed her onto the ground but Babe just wasn't comfortable taking her out onto the sea. And moments later Babette walked out into the water while her Pokemon scooted close behind her, and before long they were making their way out over the ocean toward the far off birds.

                                            ████████████████████████████████ ████████████████ ███████

Giovanni stood a moment on a ledge of broken street near the building he was having undergo repairs. The small, two story building was actually a store and was close to the old PokeCenter he currently called home. Thus, it was one of the first on his list to see repairs as the young gym leader would prefer not having any nearby buildings collapsing on him or his pokemon, and any travelers to Steam City. He could always open the store later too, once the building was fixed up, or maybe someone would stop through one day and take interest in the building. Gio went back to pacing the cracked street as Jessie laid curled up in the sun nearby. The rather large Arbok would have nothing to do with the towns repairs, as some of Gio's other pokemon helped out from time to time. No, she preferred to just keep an eye on her trainer, or to go about her business.

Gio's other pokemon went about the day in much the same way. James, a shiny Koffing Gio found early into his move to the island, was off in the city eating pollution while his partner was sunbathing. Cabbage, a large Venusuar, was also napping in the sun nearby. Gio's two other main pokemon, Slowking and Drifblim, where nearby as well, but helping out with town repairs. Queenie, the talking Slowking, was giving orders and making sure the helper pokemon didn't bring the building down while it underwent repairs. Driftblim spent its time floating boards, and tools, up to the pokemon to use. Drilbur and Timbur, some of Giovanni's gym pokemon where the ones actually doing the repairs. They had called more of their species and evolution line to help out in restoring the store's support beams and walls.

None of the buildings that had undergone repairs where a sight to see, nor very pretty at that, but none of the towns in the region where going to look as they once did without years of work and actual builders coming into Saberita. Giovanni's pokemon had done a good job on the PokeCenter and a few nearby buildings, however, and they where livable. Some of the windows could be replaced via the help of gentle pokemon but many buildings only had few undamaged ones left. The broken ones that could not be repaired or replaced where taken out and filled in. Basic electricity and plumbing where fixed but anything further for the City would require Gio finding someone good at working with such things. “Builders and Electricians!” Giovanni suddenly called out as he continued to pace the street.

“Why can't they send anyone useful here besides more trainers?! Trainers, trainers, trainers!” He fussed. “What am I suppose to do with all these kids? Training them is one thing but most of them come to me so unprepared for the regions dangers!” The young man kept walking around the ledge and fussing about the same thing he always did if his mind wondered on the job. He wasn't really paying attention and neared the ledge again, nearly stepping off. Gio sighed and rubbed his face before zipping the zipper of his jacket all the way up his head in frustration.

This time when he walked near the edge of the ledge he did step off but Zeppelin was ready to catch him having unloaded his cargo onto the buildings second floor before hand. The Driftblim quickly floated down and wrapped his steamer arms around Gio's head and shoulders, lifting him up slowly into the air. The young man just kept walking as if nothing had happened and Zep paced him through the air like he was still walking on the street. “Arceus above! Giovanni!” Queen called out from below him as she shook her fist up at him. “You better be glad Zep caught you boy or I'd beat you good! Mmm hmm!” Queen called out angrily and put her hands on her hips shaking her head and hips with all kinds a attitude. She mumbled a few choice words and other things before getting back to work. It was gonna be another long day indeed!

Maxwell "Mack" Cross

"~~~"

Mack frowned when Babette fought the powerful urge to laugh, feeling a little more stinging in his pride than was really necessary. He didn't think he was that bad off, at least not so bad as to doom himself and his new friend. At least, he didn't think he could ruin things so badly that a trainer so much better than he was would be doomed along with him. He watched patiently as Babe headed into the water while also discarding her shoes and bag as well as describing her beloved friend Pascal. He liked the sound of a chance to battle with Pascal, but he didn't want to hurt the Pokemon either. Being a Pokemon Trainer was hard...He wanted to make Diggle stronger, but he didn't want to hurt people or their Pokemon.

Mack sat down in the sand next to Babe's bag and gave the woman an encouraging smile followed by a vigorous wave. "Okay! Good luck! Digs and I will be waiting right here for you and that Wingull!" He called out while his friend swam away with her Pokemon partner while Sosha was forced to wait in misery alongside the young boy and his Aron. He watched out into the water, scooting closer and gently patting the Grass-Type Tangela on the head...or body...face? He looked down to Sosha while Babe got out into deeper water. He hoped nothing went wrong out there. Even a skilled Pokemon trainer could wind up in trouble out in the ocean like that. He watched Babette curiously as he was petting both Diggle and Sosha so that neither Pokemon got upset for their own reasoning. Diggle appeared to be a jealous little Aron, so it was in Mack's best interest to keep paying attention to her even if he thought she would be okay.

tab tab So today was the day. The hired help had worked tirelessly to prepare his things for his journey to Sabireta. Inventions of his, items he may need, clothes, tools, supplies, and many other things were all painstakingly packed in a storage capsule. What is a Storage Capsule, you ask? A portable container that can store much more than you might think. It possesses similar technology of a Pokeball, but can hold items rather than Pokemon. It was something Kyo had designed and created himself, yet was still on the fence about whether he should mass produce it or not.

Like a Pokeball, no matter what you put in to the device, the weight is not effected. This means that anyone, even a child, would be able to carry one around in their bag or pocket without any issues. Really, the only thing keeping him from selling them to the public was he didn't want to step on Bill's toes. After all, since it could store anything and everything, it could also store pokeballs -- whether there were Pokemon inside them or not. If more people had a storage capsule, there would be less necessity for a PC or Pokemon storage system and, since he had respect for Bill and his research, he decided it might be best to keep the technology for himself. No need to put poor Bill out of the job, after all. Of course, that didn't mean he wouldn't use his own invention to it's fullest. Yes, he carried his spare Pokemon in the capsule, rather than in the PC. Considering the lack of technology in Sabireta, he only saw this as a benefit.

Once he was given the green light, he picked up the capsule and placed it in the pocket of his tight black jeans, readjusting his red and black checkered scarf a bit before meeting with Mako and Maleficent outside. The maids were ordered to keep the place clean and tidy while he was gone, along with a few other instructions for emergencies and whatnot. With everything seemingly set, he got upon Mako and off they flew towards the abandoned region.

Maleficent kept up beside them, not needing a mode of transport. Unlike Kyo's other pokemon, the Mismagius was rarely ever in her Pokeball. She was the only one Kyo still considered to be family anymore. Sure, he loved his Pokemon, but Maleficent was special. They had been together since childhood. She had been with him through everything. They had an unspoken bond, which was perfect since she rarely spoke. They both knew what they other had to say without the need for words.

He has a strong bond with the others as well, but mostly through battle. Most of his Pokemon know what their commands will be without him uttering a word. They were just well trained, but that was about as far as that went. But with Maleficent, this carried to everything. Made things handy, if you think about it.

Now, you may be asking yourself: Why is one of the Pokemon worlds richest, most powerful geniuses going to an abandoned region without technology? That's a good question. In fact, he was starting to ask himself that, as well. He'd miss the life of luxury. A lot. But the region intrigued him and, when the Pokemon League asked him to take the place of one of the former Elites that had been there, he decided to take them up on the offer. Perhaps his curiosity of the new region had gotten the best of him but he wasn't about to turn back, now. With his Pokemon, he knew he could overcome any obstacle. He had personally bred and trained each and every one of them, after all. He had about as much confidence in them as he did himself.

And trust me, there's no one he's more confident in than himself.

They continued to fly to the abandoned region in silence, heading to the location of 'Elite City' which would be his new home -- for the time being, anyway. He didn't plan on staying here forever, of course.

With Mako's strong wings, they made it to Sabireta in only a couple of hours. The view from above wasn't bad... it was a nice view, at least. The trees and the ruins had a certain charm to them; a certain sort of beauty. His inner businessman couldn't help but start scouting the place for the perfect locations for tourists. Resorts and tourists attractions.. this place was practically a gold mine! He shook his head of the thoughts and went back to looking for Elite City. From what he had heard, there would be dragons to the south of the city. That would be a good way to start.

Magenta-hued orbs scanned the world below him until. "Bingo~" He pointed to a heard of dragon Pokemon and traced them north until he found the city. There seemed to be smoke billowing up from the outer wall. "Well, that's quite the welcome. That can't be good~!" He laughed before Mako made a bee-line towards their destination.

He felt as though maybe he should investigate the source of the smoke but in all honesty, it was not at the top of his 'To-Do' list. So, instead, they landed in the heart of the city, Kyo hopped off of Mako and stretched his arms above his head. As he did, Mako cried out, his caw's echoing through the area. In a matter of minutes, they were swarmed by wild Murkrow who all gathered around him. Kyo couldn't help but chuckle. "You wasted no time, did you?" Mako seemed rather proud of himself and comfortable amongst his fellow black birds. They perched anywhere they could, filling the dilapidated city with cawing black masses.

"I wonder where I'll be stationed around here. I half expected some sort of legitimate welcome. I was fairly certain the others knew I was coming..." He shrugged, looking around a little with Maleficent by his side. He left Mako to his new murder of cronies as he explored a little.

Sure, he had never met the other Elites, nor had he met their Champion, but that didn't mean he didn't know of them. If there was one thing he was good at above all, it was research. He knew each of them by name and face, including their Pokemon's names and even their movesets. It was a small obsession he had. He hated not being prepared and he hated not knowing things, no matter what they were.

"Well, this is all quite drab..." He sighed. "Perhaps we should go check out that smoke? Maybe things will be a bit more interesting over there.." He shoved his hands in his pockets and pulled out the storage device, pressing the button and letting it scan his fingerprint. "Ares." With that, a luxury ball materialized in his hand. He pressed the button on the ball and released its contents. The Arcanine roared loudly upon his arrival in to the world before laying down for Kyo to get on.

Once mounted, he stood up and awaited his command. "Let's go figure out why my new home has a hole in the wall." He chuckled and, with a nod from the fire-y pokemon, they bolted off towards the smoke at legendary speed.

Once they arrived, they slid to a stop, kicking up a cloud of dust. Kyo hopped off Ares and looked around, dusting himself off and scratching his friend under his chin as a thank you. Ares groaned happily as he leaned his head in to Kyo's hand, loving the attention.

It was then that Kyo spotted Noir. Seems his pokemon were already busy attempting to repair the wall. "My my~ What happened?" He asked, concerned as he approached the fellow Elite. He spotted the injured Deino just as Noir began to try and heal it with the Hyper Potion. He put two and two together, looking from the Pokemon to the rubble, then to the small spot that seemingly lacked pieces of the wall. It didn't take a genius to know the Pokemon must have been trapped before Noir came along. Whether it would be as grateful as it should be was still up in the air. It seemed to be fine now, though, so Kyo didn't concern himself with it. If he really needed to, he could always pull out his Hydreigon. Perhaps the little one would listen to a Pokemon of it's own species. But he wouldn't do so unless he needed to.

For now, he motioned for Ares to go help with the rebuilding process before turning back to Noir. "My name is Kyo Naganobu. I will be the new Elite here in Sabireta... So I suppose that means you and I will be seeing a lot of each other, hm?" He smiled to him, offering him a hand to shake.

The wild Vaporeon immediately began feeling the effects of the peculiar attack. It opened it's mouth wide again but instead of a lethal water attack or a frightening roar, the only thing that came out was a yawn. It stared at the others through heavy eyelids and after taking a moment to gauge it's own condition, turned and fled the battle. It jumped back into the waterways and hastily swam away, although it's movements were heavy and clumsy and not at all swift, making it easy to follow.

Only a couple blocks away the wild Vaporeon leaped through a broken 2nd story window of an abandoned convenience store that was only a few inches above the water. Two newborn Eevees came out from their hiding spots in their makeshift home and pranced toward the Vaporeon who was now sleeping defenselessly on the ground. They cuddled next to their mother's body and looked curiously at the window for signs of any new guests.

Renee followed after Wulf for what felt like forever through the mining town as they crept around trying to not draw attention to themselves. Or get the attention of the geodudes and their evolutions that continued to fight. At the end of Wulf's sudden scent finding, Renee looked to where he was digging up against the cave wall at one end of the town and saw moss. Was that moss? “Wulf. Where you all excited for some cave fungus? You doofus.” Renee rolled her eyes and whacked Wulf on the head lightly. Wulf just whined but continued digging. Renee had no idea what the dog was up too. Was the moss edible? She wasn't going to eat it! Did Wulf find some buried treasure? That was way better than cave fungus!

Wulf was so insistent upon digging that Gretchen and Midna gave him a hand, four hands to be exact and the three of them soon had a decent hole dug going into the side of the wall and further down that Renee had to move closer to see all of them. It wasn't long before Renee could see something below where the trio was digging. What she hoped would turn out to be precious gemstones turned more into bones of a pokemon or.. person but Renee didn't linger on the thought as a few geodudes come near them and the ground started shaking from the fighting. The pokemon seemed more interested in fighting amongst themselves and Renee kept her pokemon working as she kept an eye on the geodudes.

One of them finally come near the group, but he was a little thing for a rock. Renee scooped him up before he turned on them and flung him back into the fight, landing a solid hit on a gravelers head. “Hehe! Looks like you guys could use some training from me! I'd teach ya how to defend your turf.” Renee boasted but the pokemon didn't seem too happy about her messing with their friend. Renee just shrugged. She would have taken up her offer! The ground continued to shake and Renee peeped back at the trio digging as they opened up a hole in the ground to what looked like a room underneath.

“Just what have you found Wul-” Renee didn't get to finish that sentence as the ground started cracking beneath them and the trio and herself fell downwards. Renee's pokemon managed to slide down the walls with no trouble but she was in an area where there wasn't anything to hold onto except falling debris. Luckily for Renee Gregory was quick to snatch her by the shoulders and avoid most of the falling floor for the most part as they made their decent downwards with him flying. The group moved further into the room and away from the collapsing roof. It was dark in this new under-room but Renee had some light from the collapsed ceiling and she could hear the geo's still fighting up top. Wulf gave a tooth grin while using fire fang to help light up the area so they could see better when Renee looked to him.

Turning his attention away from the unknown young man that happened to have gotten caught in the middle of the madness with him. Arthur turned his attention back to the situation at hand knowing that he couldn’t waste any time waiting to see if the young man was going to listen to him or not. Now there were a number of ways to stop the fighting that was happening right now. One of the easiest being to knock out all the rock pokemon currently fighting, something that wouldn’t have been too difficult for the young man’s companions. But such an action would only be a short term solution leaving them all to start fighting once again as soon as they had all recovered starting the whole process over again. So he was just going to have to be a little more creative than that and take a more difficult route, or maybe just the more time consuming route instead. And figure out what was causing the fighting in the first place, after of course he cleared them all safely out of the one and only entrance into the town before they brought the whole thing down on them.

“Duke” the young man spoke up calmly his invisible companion making himself visible as he floated just behind him. A large grin on the Ghost pokemons face as he seemed to be quiet amused by the whole situation. Large red eyes scanning the fighting pokemon carefully. “Put them all to sleep with Hypnosses” the young man added nodding his head ever so slightly towards the fighting rock pokemon. And letting the Gengar move past him the ghost pokemons eyes glowing as its move targeted all the fighting rock pokemon. Who were too busy fighting one another to be prepared to defend themselves from such an attack.

As this was occuring something seemed to catch Guinevere’s attention drawing the Mienshao away from her trainer and off into mining town and its tunnels. The pokemons movements quick and silent as she moved with grace through some of the dark tunnels. Passing right by a young red Headed woman and her pokemon at one point without acknowledging them. Something far more important seemed to be calling to the fighting type pokemon who began to move swifter then before until coming to a sudden stop in front of a very familiar young man on the ground.

While the young woman herself didn’t seem to have any interest at all in visiting or challenging gyms or their leaders. She had grown bored in hanging out in the forest for so long already and there was at least something to be found that would entertain the trainer for a while in the city. Or at the very least somewhere there that she could take part in her favorite past time. That often left a good portion of the population wondering what the heck had happened to their food.

Listening to the younger trainer absentmindedly as she scanned their surroundings in a lazy manner. “Cutie should make a team of pretty flowers first” Maeve interjected casually as if what she had just said made any sense at all. “Every little trainer needs a team” she continued with a small yawn.

Location: Hotspring of the Mining Town/ Tunnel in the Mining Town OutOfCrazy: Because the heiresses would go right to the hotsprings lol xD Company: Her pokemon and Estella <3 There's a song in my head ;; Aren't I a Doll

“Esme what are you doing?” Mother called from the foyer, the doors opened with long white, billowy curtains as if it were scene from a movie. The woman watched through the filtered view of her window. She was poised, stiff like a piece of furniture she didn’t move unless it was for a purpose. Her eyes watching her youngest daughter at “play” outside. She turned up her nose at the sight of hr laying on her stomach against the grass. Papers sprawled across their freshly landscaped yard, as the young girl scribbled away happily. Her hand swiftly moving across the crumbling paper, her pencil furiously capturing the image she was working on. In front of her a few yards away was her beloved sister, Estella. There were no words that Esme could put into words to describe the unconditional sisterly love she had for her older sister Estella. Even back then when they were children, Esme thought nothing but the world of Ella. And during those days Estella was a much kinder lady. Estella was five years her senior and those five years didn’t do a thing. Estella was Esme’s safe place in their hell of a home…Not that anyone noticed their home was a poisonous, barren shell of a home. From the outside their home was “perfect”. They came from money and lived in the heart of the Kalos region. In none other but Lumiose City, where everything and anything happen. Their parents were the picture of perfection; their mother was a beauty, who never seemed to be out of place. Her frame fitted with only the finest garments and jewels. Any woman who saw her would have envied the ground she walked on if she ever graced the outside world. And their father, well he was bringing home all the money the Farron family looked forward too. Together the power couple created two perfect little girls, each a precious doll to the Farron Family portrait. However behind the curtains of the house there was a truth unspoken that perfection was far from what the family really was.

“Esme get off the ground! You’ll ruin your dress, look at you!” She called from the foyer with her arms crossed. Esme made no moves to move, she was drawing Estella and her Pokémon sitting on the bench. It was perfect the way the sun hit her, and Esme had an eye for things. Her mother didn’t see what she saw, the longer she watched Esme, who was only a child lay on the grass the more infuriated she got. “Talk to YOUR daughter, she’s making a mess of herself.” She turned to her husband who was going out to “work” again. However Estella and Esme didn’t have to be paying attention to know the work was not really work, it was something more.

“Esme get off the ground.” The father spoke, cold, distant, responding robotically to his wife’s command before grabbing his coat and walking out of the home. His wife chasing after him hissing and glaring at his back, however nothing she did coaxed a response. Esme could only watch the deterioration of their family. The years progressed and nothing really changed. The late night arguments increased, the home became more and more painful to be around when it was nothing but fighting and faking. Fighting about this and then faking all was well in front of the public. Estella and Esme were combed to be perfect girls, perfect dolls, to smile when in front of someone of importance, to turn up a nose to those beneath them…And above all to constantly strive for perfection. Esme had one solace, when no one was listening, where no one could see Estella would sing her to sleep. Esme spend her days with her kind sister who would look after her, as an older sister should, and sooth her with songs and dreams of grandeur. One day. One day they were going to be free. They would start their Pokémon journey once Koneko was older. Bastet and Koneko were as close as they were Eevees with dreams of their life on the road.

That was until Estella up and left.

It happened just like that, one morning Esme woke up and found Estella’s bed made, her drawers cleaned out. She walked to the kitchen where she found her mother with a small flask open, drinking from it and across from her, their father smoking in the dining room. A small note laid out on the breakfast table, scripted in beautiful handwriting simply stating she was gone. Where? Who knows, how? Why? Esme looked at between her parents and simply ran back to her room. As she did she could hear the fight commence, it was her fault! No his! Who was going to keep Esme smiling? Who was going to watch her as she drew, or close the door when they began to fight? Who was going to play with her when their parents were going at it? Estella, where did she go…Koneko looked up at Esme as the water started to fall from her gray-blue eyes. She would have to try harder; she would have to work harder alone. She was going to be strong enough to meet up with Estella. Though it wasn’t as bad as one would imagine, after all Esme was still rich it wasn’t like Estella took everything from her. Her sister’s disappearance sparked her want to be stronger. Soon she started training Koneko to be the strongest Eevee around.

When she started watching Estella on the tv going to contests the games changed. The Farron name got more popularity than anyone could imagine. Estella was on the tv, Estella was taking the world by storm. Estella was a coordinating machine. Esme would watch every single televised contest with Koneko. Each time Bastet, Estella’s Umbreon, made an appearance, Koneko lovingly pawed at the tv. Esme could only promise him that one day, they were going to be that good. While Estella did contests, Esme followed her own dream in their hometown of Lumiose City. The family life was crumbling into nothing, their father’s affair was almost too obvious, and their mother’s drinking problem was starting to take scent. Esme’s only escape now was her art. Though their parents didn’t agree with Esme’s path, they could not deny that she was talented. By the age of ten instead of following her sister and taking on an adventure, she had her own exhibition at the Lumoise Museum. Her paintings slowly began selling for hundreds of thousands of poke-yen (poke-dollars, pyen, etc). Her raw sketches even more coveted, pokemon collectors and fan clubs began looking to her for designs. Magazines, books, more exhibits, soon both sisters were carrying the Farron name. Both of them were masking the breaking family portrait with their success. Years went by, Esme wrote to Estella letter after letter with no answer. Soon she began to realize, Estella was not coming home. More importantly, Estella was not going to write back. Estella had abandoned her…Esme took the hit a lot tougher than she should have. When it dawned on her she was fourteen and she spiraled out of control. “I’m leaving!” She yelled through the house, her parents telling her to stay. If she were to leave the art would stop, the fame coming to their house was cease. Esme would be taking her success and leaving the home with nothing to mask the marriage’s failure. Not that Esme cared. She left home without a second though. Accept money.

She was completely cut off.

F*ck.

Needless on her own Esme struggled, she completely new to this traveling thing. She went through Kalos completely alone, with no money and her pokemon barely making it out. There was something Esme learned to do. Use Boys. Boys. Silly, stupid boys that were entranced by her, she was Estella’s sister. Of course she knew she wasn’t ugly, she had a figure to her, bright blue eyes, a sunny disposition. It was easy to use them. She looked at them and they willingly helped her out, they gave her money, food, a place to stay, hell some even followed her as she aimlessly continued her mission on finding her sister. The more boys she could bring with her the less work she had to do. Manipulation came almost like second nature. Soon she found herself with a new side of herself that she didn’t know she had, it only came out when someone double crossed her or refused to keep assisting her. She had this flaring anger that came out of nowhere, and suddenly the thought of someone leaving her drove her into white, hot rage. Perhaps they were reopening old scars? Oh well, she would battle the boys and played for high stakes. At this point her battling actually was pretty great, with Koneko and Bing-Bing she managed to sweep and clean out the wallets of her traitors. Once her anger was soothed she became a different person and smiled as she bid her adieus. This trend continued until she reached the far corners of the Johto region where lord and behold she found her sister. How? A stroke of amazing luck and the fact Koneko had left her side. Something her pokemon never did. Koneko had led her right to Bastet who, in turn, led her right to Estella! Once the sisters reunited, well Esme was sure not to let Estella out of her sights.

Ever. All being said both girls needed a fresh start, a new place to make their mark. Esme had been on a long hiatus from her art having lost the inspiration she needed to continue her art and Estella was after the next big show. The Farron girls went right to the new region where their lives were starting anew.

The Sabireta Region in a nutshell…well it was no Kalos. It was strange for Esme to have been traveling for such a long amount of time without a male lackey. However, having Estella around was much more enjoyable. Granted her sister was much more callous than she use to be. The warm, sweet Ella she knew was just a memory. But with that being said this was her goal since the moment they both obtained their Eevees, all she wanted was to travel with her sister. And now she had it! Granted this place was not on either of their lists. It was practically a jungle! The girls had been traveling for days upon days unable to find a place to settle down. They had passed through some forests, some bodies of water. Esme managed to fish herself a Carvanha and named the little cutie Bruce. She had a strange love for vicious pokemon. She found them so adorable and she had a strange way of taming them around her. Koneko was unfazed by their new traveling friends, both Bruce and Bing-Bing were pretty well behaved around Esme and followed her every command.“Come on Ella, we’re almost there!” Esme called out behind her, her sweet voice bounced off the walls of the underground tunnels of the Mining Town. They had long made their way inside the mountain and found the rocky city inside the earth. It was quite the wonder, zubats flocked overhead and escaped farther into the cavern that was the Mining Town. They had stopped to rest in the rather unsightly city. The rock and rubble, it wasn’t at all pleasant to be around. However deep into one of the disjointed tunnels there was talk of an amazing hot spring! Can you believe it! How the problem was the farther they got in to locate the warm hot spring, the louder some god awful noise got. This didn’t stop Esme however, just getting Estella to not ditch her was a chore. Now she had promised her sister a small treasure, something to pamper them. After all they were rich girls at heart, anything luxurious would be up their alley. The path began getting darker and darker, the rocks becoming more jagged and harder to walk on without tripping. “WOAH!” She started to stumble and before she could land on the sharp rocks, her Espeon sprang up and caught her in mid fall with psychic. The Espeon gently placed Esme back on her feet and sighed, wishing his trainer stopped getting ahead of herself. “Thanks Koneko” She smiled weakly, bending over to pick up stray papers. “Woah, Eslla look at this place! Its beautiful!” She looked around though it was dark, there was some light filtering through the gaps in the tunnel. The soft, sunlight came down in like beams, spotlights shining down on random spots around the tunnel. Esme reached out and touched one of the rocks and felt the warm, moisture collecting on the face of it. “We have to be close” She smiled motioning for Ella to keep going.“We should be right about”

“Essp!!” Koneko hissed as Esme took a step, there was a slight decline in the earth and the step she took was miscalculated. Esme took a tumble of her life, her body rolling along the rocks while Espeon frantically focused itself to stop his trainer again. He caught her just before she was head first in the hot spring. Esme slowly opened her eyes, her blue eyes batting a few times before focusing on the beautiful cerulean blue water before them. The steam lifted from the surface and fanned out across Esme’s face like a warm welcome. “Oh gosh! This looks amazing, Estella you have to see this!” She smiled long before she could start stripping down into her bathing suit, her Carvanha, Bruce, escaped his pokeball and went right into the water, swiftly swimming around. “Oh you guys must be beat too” She giggled once she was set back down for the second time by her pokemon.“Bing-Bing! Koneko, go right in and relax you guys deserve it” She motioned them to hop right in. Pangoro roared a little and slowly stepped into the water with a small puff, meanwhile Koneko stayed on the outskirts, dipping his forked tail into the water and swishing it around not quite ready to dip into the water. Within minutes Esme was in a two piece swimsuit sporting pale, pearly skin and a well developed bust that didn’t leave much to question how she managed to get so many male admirers. She started bringing her hair up into two pancham like buns making a squirl of black blue and pink with her hair color. She waited for her sister to catch up and see. Esme proudly stood there a few inches away from the water motioning to Estella. “Tada! What do you think, did I deliver or did I deliver!” She proudly puffed out her chest having done something for her sister. A little pampering was surely a good way to get to her princess Sister’s heart, right? “Isn’t it great, now you and your pokemon can relax after all your training~ Come on Ella, didn’t I do good~”

                                  tab ♣ 〉 tab
"This place is….disgusting…" the black haired maiden sneered as she sidestepped a pile of rubble. What was it? Dirt? Rocks? Or was it the shattered dreams of those countless trainers that she had crushed? ….Nah, she felt no satisfaction at the moment, so it probably wasn't that. Who knew and who cared. All Estella knew was that she wanted to get out of here now. She trailed behind a younger woman who bore a resemblance to her. And it was much to Estella’s dismay that they were travelling together. While they used to get along when they were younger, Estella detests Esme. To her, Esme is a reminder of a time when she lived in a broken home, where she felt so weak and powerless.

                                  And that’s why she left.

She couldn't take being in that home anymore, so one day..she just left. Never mentioned it to anyone, especially not Esme. If she had even so much as thought about telling her sister, then chances are they would have been travelling companions a long time ago. But this was not the case. Estella had it in her mind that she would leave her family behind, taking with her, her faithful Umbreon; Bastet. The two traveled from town to town, trying to make a living, when she discovered Pokemon contests.

Chances are that if you knew anything about the world of Pokemon contests, or had some sort of television, you knew exactly who Estella Farron was. Hailing from Lumiose City in the Kalos region, Estella was a prodigy when it came to contests. She brilliantly choreographed routines with her Pokemon to the tune of her own music. She was adored by all; women wanted to be her and men wanted to be with her. Fame, fortune, beauty, sophistication; Estella was a lady who truly had it all.

As they walked in the dim tunnel, Estella sneered at her surroundings. Dirt, rubble, rocks….this place had all the visual appeal of a Garbodor. Trotting beside her was Bastet, her Umbreon. "Bastet. More light, if you wouldn't mind" Umbreon mewled in response as the yellow rings along her body lit up and illuminated the dim tunnel that much more. Well, it made travel a little easier, but she was still travelling by foot. Normally, Estella used her Zebstrika as a means of travel, but electric pokemon and caves do not really mix well. Besides, the pokemon needed a break, and Estella was more than happy to allow him time to rest. While she might not be fond of people, Estella was always kind to her pokemon.

Sighing quietly to herself, Estella watched as Esme took a rather nasty fall. She stood atop the decline in the ground where Esme lost her footing, and simply stared at her with judgmental red eyes. "You give our family a bad name. The Farron women are graceful and elegant. You are neither of these things. How you have managed to make it this far in life is beyond me." She sighed again, feeling a slight bump against her leg. Looking down, she was met with the stern gaze of Bastet. It was as if she were saying ‘Stop that and be nice to your sister’, and Estella had been travelling with this Umbreon long enough to know that is exactly what she was saying. "Relax. She won’t take it seriously." And with another sigh, Estella carefully made her way down the small hill, past the sharp rocks.

When she made it to the hot springs, Estella was…..less than impressed. Hot springs were great, because who doesn't love a little pampering? But these were…in a dirty tunnel. And Arceus knows just who had been in there, and the quality of the water. No. Estella was going nowhere near those hot springs. Not even if she was paid…..she would consider it then, but there was no guarantee that she would go in. She approached Esme, taking a couple steps past her to look at the hot springs. Instantly she could feel the heat, and while it was refreshing, there was still no way she would go in. Glancing over to Esme, she scoffed. "…It’s just some water surrounded by rocks, nothing incredibly fascinating. I refuse to set foot in this…filth. You may do as you wish, but leave me out of it." And with that, Estella turned from Esme and found a flat rock. After dusting it off, she sat there, Bastet coming up next to her. Sighing, Estella looked at her pokemon. "You may go in if you would like. I won’t stop you." Bastet then scurried over to Koneko, sitting next to him, and dipping her tail in the water as well.

Meanwhile, Estella sat on her rock, silently brooding. Why was she even allowing Esme to drag her around? Something about sisterly bonding and all that crap. Oh well. Let her have her fun in the water. While Esme was fooling around, Estella would do something a little more productive with her time. Reaching into her bag, Estella pulled out a tiny notepad and began jotting down notes for different routines and which of her pokemon were to perform them. But concentrating was going to be difficult with that awful noise coming from somewhere in the cave. Doing her best to ignore it, Estella focused on her writing. Maybe if she was lucky she would come up with a brilliant new routine that would blow everyone away when she returned to the contest life.
Though with her current company and the distracting noise in the background, she doubted it.

Felicia Twem
Twem Twin Trainer!

Location: Flora Town
Company: Erin
Current mood:Insecurity

Felicia raised an eyebrow at the girl's initial reaction. She followed her eyes and realized that the woman's line of sight must be resting on the crown of her head. Was she looking at the Meowstic that was riding on her head? No, more likely it must have been her unruly hair. Felicia found herself raising a hand to her head and playing with the disheveled strands of hair before she even realized it. Fortunately for her, before long the other woman said something to continue the conversation.

"Oh! You're the gym leader? That explains it. I figure this was pretty deep into Sabireta so you must have run into a lot of pokemon but it was weird 'cuz you seemed so.... settled. I'm here just to explore. Me and my bother are just mapping out the region and helping out people who need it. Buuuuuuuuuut~ a battle couldn't hurt either, y' know?" the small girl said as she pretended to look around to act casual.

'Ha. Might as well get a couple badges while I'm out here. Who says I can't help people out while simultaneously beating up their pokemon and getting rewards for it?' She shot the gym leader a toothy, impish grin and then suddenly what was supposed to be a challenging look turned into one of embarrassment and surprise as she heard what the other woman said about her hair.

"O-o-oh yea?" Felicia stammered, remembering once again that she probably looked like an absolute savage in front of someone she had just met. She wasn't sure if she should accept her offer or decline it. On one hand, accepting her offer would be admitting that she needed help to make herself look acceptable, but on the other hand, denying it would just be ignoring the fact that she looked like a Tangela - no a Tangrowth! She was a fat, miserable Tangrowth that deserved to be in whatever mudhole or dirtmound her brother was probably playing in! But she needed to at least try to keep her dignity.

"Well I don't think my hair needs fixing per se really, but I-I mean getting a little touch up couldn't hurt, especially in a town as pretty as this. I mean plus it would be rude, you know, to not deny- I mean n-not accept such a, such a nice offer really and I mean uh....well if you insist! ...I mean...yea..."

Company: Sissy Party over here!: Hot water if you ask me, How do i get into these messes?
The Music playing in my head: Sometimes I just Drift away

Babe held onto Pascals back as they made their way out toward the birds, once they were close enough to confirm that they were in fact wingull she slid onto the Pokemon and began rummaging through her pockets. "Ah hell don't tell me I forgot the mirror back on shore..." she said as she came to the realization that she had left all of her supplies, practical with her friends "Well, now what?" she said looking down at her Pokemon who seemed content just to be in the ocean once again "Oh you're no help, looks like we're going to have to try this again" she said looking back up at the bird Pokemon for a moment, and in her destruction the girl didn't see the dark mass that was swimming around under them. But pascal did. "Pu poi!" the Pokemon shouted as it began to struggle under Babe causing the girl to fall into the water with a light splash. But before she could break the surface once again, a huge gyarados shot out of the water next to them, water rippling over its thick blue scales and it looked down at the girl and her Pokemon and let out a powerful roar. As Babe realized what was happening her heart stopped, this Pokemon was way, Way out of her league and she was nowhere close to shore. Even if they ran it wouldn't be fast enough to escape.

The Pokemon didn't waste time in its assault on Babe, it only took it a moment to rear its head back, light forming in its mouth as it began charging its first and only attack, but by some streak of luck, or maybe luck wasn't the word for it, but whatever force may have been in play at that moment another Pokemon appeared, taking its place between Babette and the gyarados its trainer, and in a flurry of ice and snow blasted the Pokemon square in the chest, sending it flying back into the water. Babe held onto her Pokemon, choking and gasping for air as she watched the Lapras push the Pokemon back, and the familiar sight of long blonde hair appeared from the sky, riding that unforgettable fossil Pokemon and Babette knew who had saved her "Lynette!" Babe gasped as a wide smile formed on her face, even a few salty tears filled her eyes, though it was hard to tell with the water that surrounded her. "Kick its a** sissy! show him who is boss!" Babe cheered throwing her fist into the air as she shouted to her sister.

Company: xxx Party over here!:xxxThe Soul Sings:
Hush now, it'll be alright

Gwen had sniffed her way through the tunnels, and found herself at the site where arthos had fell. It was a long drop and you could still see the spot of blood where he had hit his head but the young man was nowhere to be found, but after a tumble like that, even with the help of his Pokemon he couldn't have been far. A moment later Gwen noticed something else, a small squeal of an elephant Pokemon could be heard down one of the narrow hallways, one of the young mans pet projects most likely, Arthos did have a tendency to keep low level Pokemon around despite the dangers of the place he happened to be going, and without much hesitation gwen followed the sound to a Phanpy and a skarmory, one the Pokemon seemed to recognize. Ceska was a surly Pokemon, loyal enough but none too friendly and even to a familiar Pokemon she was apprehensive, but the Pokemon had a brash side to her nature and true to her nature she seemed to have gotten herself in a few tassels along the way to saving her master. But both Pokemon seemed safe and healthy enough and gwen could all but smell arthos near by.

The little phanpy was apprehensive, but this new Pokemon didn't seem to want a fight, in fact she seemed rather eager to get moving again, and once the skarmory decided she was of no threat, she let out a hushed kaw and began leading her back to the place they were hiding arthos. The doorway shifting with shades of purple and black as the haunter acted as a protective barrier to her master, and even knowing gwen and the others Margaret was apprehensive to let them through. Of course if she wanted to, she could have let arthos die, but the man had been good to her, and despite her eagerness to see him as a spirit he let the Pokemon through, taking a solid form as she drifted to her unconscious masters side. Arthos had stayed awake as long as he could, but he wasn't in good condition, and he needed to see a doctor, quickly.
