'cept there's no farming or marrying.

there's a lot of things to do, like talking to neighbors,
collecting stuff for the museum (bugs, fish, painting, fossils),
getting perfect town status,
decorating your home, decorating your town,
dressing yourself up,
paying off your home loan and expanding your house,
or you can go online with friends or strangers to hang out with them.

it's the type of game where you should set your own goals or run around no goals xD
a lot of people do like theme towns or theme houses etc.
the game uses the 3ds internal clock, so you can play day by day (or cheat by moving the clock around)

it's a very cute and charming game.
you should check it out if you're interested

i think radio explained pretty much the just of it! c:
you don't have to know a lot about the game to join, if that worries you.
there are some details that will be incorporated into the shop,
but they're nothing that will make you feel lost.
