O.o wow.... thats alot of rules... but i think i get the idea now...
and idk about you guys but i think of slaking as an uber....besides the whole "Slacking every other move" thing... That not moving every other turn part is what takes it from uber to failtacular.
Slacking comes in. Slacking uses whatever. Slaking kills something.
Opponent gets free turn to either kill Slacking, or worse, take the free chance to use a setup move, THEN kill Slacking. Then you're in even worse shape than you needed to be.
Giving out free turns is the absolute worst thing you can do in Pokemon. Thats why nobody uses hyper beam or it's variations.
On that note Regigigas is also terrible despite it's stats. Kyurem is an odd case. Its the only Pokemon with a BST over 600 that isn't uber, but doesn't have a hindering ability. The main reason for that is the combination of its ice typing making it weak to rock (steath rock), fighting, and steel (bullet punch), being hit by every kind of hazard, and it's low speed for an offensive Pokemon (especially when you have said common weaknesses to worry about). Plus it has a pretty bad movepool, doesn't get any boosting moves, and has a useless ability to boot. Even with a 660 BST, its not even OU, ironically. It did get booted from UU though and ended up in BL limbo.
