Actually, not all are done with power save.
Secondly, If I was asking for things in return, yes, it could be a concern. Otherwise, if they don't like it, they can trade it for what they think is legit mons. You and I both know, 90% of everything out there is fake. So why not get it, be happy with it and move on.
I'm sorry but if someone is handing another person 20+ shiny mons, Obviously something is up.
