He looked back at Dex with a smirk.

"I accept, where would you like? The main arena or some other location?" Music and fighting, could be a bard, maybe not. He would find out soon enough. He was ready for a good fight, it had been too long. This bout could prove to be quite interesting, depending on how much of an extreme it reached.

"Ooooh, the arena should do," he says with a sing-song like voice, turning around and gesturing with a waving right hand as he walks along. "Come, come."

He would play on his instrument as he travels down the hall until he moves through another one. After a few steps, he would then appear outside in the middle of the arena itself, the wide expanse showing a large open area surrounded by stands for spectators to come and watch bouts as they happened. But this was only one of the many that were possessed by GTB. He strolls out and further into the field, looking about like it was his first time seeing it.

"Isn't it amazing? Not to mention, we have an open ceiling! That means fresh air and clear skies!"

He too walks out into the open air arena, looking around, once again appreciating the architecture. He imagined what the place would be like once the crowds began to truly show up. The roar of spectators often made warriors fight harder.

"It is amazing, but with the open ceiling, no one can guarantee clear skies" He said with a slight smirk, thinking about what would happen if a storm were to hit.

"What's wrong," he asks as he turns around to face him from a fifteen foot distance, standing over that sword engrave that was in the center of every battleground here. "Scared of a little water?" He plays one more tune, causing bubbles of water to start to form around him in a circular manner, popping but more forming in a beautiful formation as they bundle up closer to himself.

"Let's see if you can keep up with my tunes. Then, I will decide whether you are talented in my eyes."

When she returns he is still plowing through the saltines, but when he notices her he quickly stops and looks at her expectantly. In the past few minutes it did not seem as though he had breathed at all, something that was slowly starting to show on his lips and in his eyes. Taking the salt with a nod of thanks he quickly cracked it open, emptying the entire contents into the glass. He placed both hands on the counter as if to steady himself, watching the water heavily laden with salt slowly start to seperate after the initial shock. With a quick motion his right hand swept in and he downed the whole concoction in a series of quick gulps before slamming it back down to ensure he would stay standing. Nothing seemed to be happening...

"I actually quite enjoy a bit of rain now and again."

He gets into a relaxed fighting stance, a smile on his face, more curious than anything. He was weaponless at the moment but he would choose his weapon once he wanted to change things up a bit. He become slight on his heels, much the same way as a boxer would loosen up their movements.

She stared, just keeping a watch of him, waiting to see what he was going to do. Standing still like that was weirding her out even more, making her not even know what he was going to do next. If he was going to spit out the water, she hoped he wasn't going to do anywhere around her desk, or she was going to have trouble enduring the rest of the day after a sight like that.

"Um, are you alright, sir?"

"Then you'll love this performance. I call it the Meridian Melody." And then he starts playing the tunes to his harmonic music.

The bubbling would calm down until four gushing spheres of rushing water surrounding Dex, hovering two feet off the ground as they seemed to slowly be orbiting his body. Dex's eyes closed, his fingers would slowly be moving along the strings as one of the spheres start to rise into the air, ascending to fifteen feet above them, while another one would collaborate in front of him until it shoots straight toward Sean.

Sean watched intently as the spheres formed and danced about. As the sphere lurched towards him, he made an equal response and charged on a collision path with it. But with precision timing he ducked down and to the right, watching in corner of his vision as the water went past his head just over his left shoulder. He continued his rush towards Dex, already thinking about which way he would have to dodge next, thinking in an instant about all the different possibilities. The same smile had still not left his face.

As soon as he passed the sphere of water, the projectile stopped, now coming back in the opposite direction to chase after him. As this occurred, one of the remaining spheres of water comes in front of Dex, coming between him and the charging Sean until it just collapses and falls onto the dirt ground, soaking it wet. While above, the sphere of water starts to morph and grow,

"Serenic, isn't it," he says, still smiling joyfully with his eyes not open one bit. The flowing music was fueling the magics around him, the water gaining more power from every note that the musician was hitting. The field of magic could even be felt by Sean as he got closer, the air dense with the manifestation of this energy being converged in an artistic way. Though it could not be seen by the eyes, to the most keen of sound, they could "hear" the magic.

A convulsion wracked the man's body, causing dust to fall from his skin and clothes to coat the maroon carpetting in a thick layer. His hands clentched into fists on the counter as he strained against his body's natural reaction to the high saline content of the water, not to mention all the saltines. His voice came as the last breath of a dying man, slipping slowly past his lips, "Impudent little b*****d." He did not seem to die, if one might think that the case, nor did a burst of dust flow from his lips as it had the first time. Furthermore, when his eyes snapped to the receptionist again he looked brighter, still no dust from his lips, "Cover your eyes."

He would try to hold off for a moment more before throwing himself back away from the desk, up and through the air from the force of what came next. His body convulsed, causing another shower of dust that was quickly followed by the sound of him vomitting rather harshly. The odd thing would be that he would not vomit stomach acid, water, and saltines, but rather a hail of dust that would fall to the ground in the shape of a small humanoid figure. He shifted in midair and whirled around, a chain slipping from the folds of his rags to draw forth a small pendant. With a loud snap a longsword was ripped from the chain, growing from a mere cross pendant to a full blade, a blade that was plunging into the floor through the Dust Mephit. He was breathing heavily now, leaning against the blade, though he seemed to swing into conversation as if nothing had happened with a voice of an angel, "Thank you, miss...?"
The young woman would stay huddled in fear, sobbing pitifully as she looked around, hoping to find someone who would be able to help her. So many people were fighting around this area that she wasn't sure who was safe to trust or not. Building up the courage to continue moving, she slowly stood up, making her way through the area, trying to find her way out.

Sean could definately feel the energy, and he felt it was time for him to start using some of that same sort of energy. His eyes glow an icy blue as his hands grow cold, he senses when the water is about to hit his back and again dodges by a hair. Raising his hands up towards the sphere, he freezes it instantly and allows it to continue on it's trajectory, now his projectile instead of the musician's. He stops in his tracks and waits to see what the sphere in the air was gooing to do, but never taking his eye off Dex, he continues to charge his own magic.

But her eyes could never close once her sight was snagged by this unusual event. Her hands over her mouth, she was complete shock as she watched the man perform all these out of the norm actions right in front of her. And once he was done, she would slowly let her hands back down, though shivers ran across her limbs as her mouth moves a little before opening her mouth.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!"

She screams loudly from her position, showing she really was scared of her life. Immediately, four guards run over, all possessing small firearms on their belts and swords resting on their backs, coming to a stop after jogging over. "What's the problem?" They notice the man with his sword and immediately reach for their own blades, yet not drawing them just yet.

"Who are you and what are you doing?!"

"Most unusual," Dex says as his eyes open, seeing one of his spheres now iced cold. "However, things are not always what they seem." Within the coating of ice, the water would be churning loudly and violently, wearing away at its ice prison until a high note hits the sitar, causing a explosion force to come from within to break through the ice, water splashing out everywhere onto the ground. As Sean comes to a stop and looks above, he sees the sphere growing larger, only it was not a sphere any longer, but becoming more flat based as its stretches out. He may not notice, but the ground underneath his feet was becoming muddier as the water that had soaked into the ground was spreading throughout at a fast pace.

"Watch your step," Dex says happily. "You may slip. Don't want to ruin those clothes." Chuckling, he starts to play faster, causing the last sphere going around him to deform into the shape of a lance. The shaped water blade at its end would point toward Sean before shooting forward to try to strike into his chest. If it did, it would not impale his body like a real blade. Only strike it as a blunt-based attack then disperse back into water again.
