[CAPSLOCK HERO]

Diz snorted at Exheil and said "I'd look pretty anywhere." She gave a sinister laugh, and reached around for Ragnarok- only to discover it wasn't there. She groaned and asked her shadow "How are you feeling, love?" Her shadow moved around and said "Rather empowered, thank you. This realm does wonders for my energy levels."
"Ah I see, well, that's always a plus. I must say it is rather an inconvenience for me when you are rendered incapable of magic..."
"Egad! I should think you should be thanking me, after all, I could be of the most dastardly persuasion."
"I am not needy, good sir!"
"Tell that to King Louis VIII!"
"Blasphemy!"
"I can hardly concede to say that- Ah! We still have to deal with Exheil."
Diz popped her head up, as if just remembering. "Oh, right." She turned back pursing her lips.

[Arkydan]

(Exheil)

I looked at the boy and chuckled as his blade made contact with my body, passing through with ease.
"Foolish boy, I cannot be touched, because I was never here."
I pointed at the shrine and laughed.
"There is no time for you to waste. Every second you're here, you breathe in toxic fumes that will eventuall kill you. Hah hah hah."
I pulled out a little clock from my overcoat.
"The average spirit that goes through the gauntlet over there in the shrine can go forty-three hours before perrishing."
I turned to the shrine.
"Your time begins now. Oh yes, you will be hunted soon. Begin."


42 Hours, 56 minutes...

Chapter Four: The Test of Time- 43 Hours and Ticking...

Diz was quiet for a moment, then she turned to Cross and said "I hope you have some idea of how to save us. I'm not dying. Not here. Not now." She said it as a whisper, suddenly weary of the air around her, like maybe if she didn't breathe so much, she wouldn't die. Her shadow was mumbling to itself, something about the irony of it all.

I sighed and shivered. I looked around but there was nothing to see, except the temple itself.
"C'mon, Diz, A'den....lets go."
I said this as though we were already finished, as though we were destined to die in this place. I walked up to the temple and turned around to Diz.
"Are you coming?"

42 Hours, 50 Minutes...

[Disturbed-Perfection]

I slid on a rebreathing mask and tossed one to Diz and Cross. I looked around as to where we could go from here.

(Just curious...is this dead? sweatdrop )

"Diz! A'den! Through here!"
I ran up the crystalline structure that enticed us so and into a dark and damp cave. I stopped to see the progress in which my comrades were making and motioned for them to hurry.
"You heard the man. If we can't make it through here... We're dead."

I pulled Diz after me and caught up to Cross. " Where are we going?"
