The Rack Facility
The Rack Facilities are titled; 2.0, 3.0, etc... each one being located at a different location with basically the same design. They're far out of metagame and godmod range, being located in the middle of nowhere, hundreds of millions of light years away from any known occupied star system, and mainly constructed INSIDE of the Asteroid to hide its presence even more. The reason for you being here is because you either signed up, volunteered, been a nuissance, or been captured and stationed here. The Rack Facility is marked with many religious symbols inside and outside the place and extended for miles, including electronic countermeasures, both working together to prevent unwanted detection -- even from Psionics, Psychics, Angels, Demons, etc.

Staff Members
There are 10,500 staff members and they are all mechanized Cyborgs > {{Structure}}, {{Picture}}These Cyborgs handle all the tasks required, and they each are programmed to be able to complete every task required, such as but not limited to; cleaning, correctional staff, construction, cooking, torturing, communication, engineering, patrol, booking, medical, etc. They mimic human appearance ((not human)) like an artificial mechanical person. They are all 6ft tall, and have the build of an average 180lb human male. Their power supply can last about 370 Earth Days without recharging and their muscles are powered by electrical stimulation. Power for the Cyborg is supplied by a 25 kilowatt power cell located within its chest, and access is via a hidden socket located just underneath the rib-cage. The Cyborg has severe overload capabilities, reaching numbers up to 400%. Charging time can vary, though it usually takes at least 72 hours to fully charge the standard power cells. The structure of the Cyborg's body contains built-in safety and redundancy engineering, as well as the ability to shunt delicate control circuits to protected areas in the event of massive electric shock or pulse. Though they rely on their artificial intelligence, they are still classified as property. Their utility and unit cost is very low, so many have been mass produced and often treated as expendable. The Cyborgs have anti-virus and firewall system to prevent it from being remotely hacked. Its most powerful feature, is its instinctive feature. It's self-aware and can think on its own and knows what's right or not. Their outfits are made with polymers and ceramics, with thermal-dissipative membranes and bulletproof material that provides resistance against laser, plasma, ballistic (bullets, shrapnel), and blast damage. Areas covered are as seen in the picture. Each cyborg has magnetic properties installed in their boots, which allow them to walk on walls or pull themselves toward an object in zero gravity environments. Each standard Cyborg carries a pre-loaded 9mm Beretta pistol attached to their right leg in a gun holster with the safety on and carry's four additional magazines for the weapon, and a modified fully loaded Spas-12 shotgun located around their back with a strap, and the gun is on safety mode. The bullets for the M9 Beretta are made out of lead and copper, and the Spas-12 shotgun has a magazine capacity of eight rounds which is very effective at killing invading special forces, and overcharging infantry shielding and destroying them in just one shot. The Cyborgs each carry 3 extra magazines for the Spas-12 shotguns. There are many recharge booths, wall plugs, and cables at prisoner-restricted areas so the Cyborg or Android can re-charge when needed. In addition to those Cyborgs, each Rack Facility has one Warden, and 1,000 officers which are all advanced Synthetic Androids, Model 2500 Series. Confirmation papers are highly protected with lots of unique features to make sure nobody can forge it. This type of anti-forge includes unique fonts, coding on paper, and reacts a certain way when shined upon by light.
Overview
Analyze
Before being brought into the interior of Rack Facility 2.0, the person is searched, scanned, and undergo full body inspection by correctional staff for weapons, contraband and/or hidden communication devices. These types of searches include X-Ray, physicals, blood tests, eye exams, DNA tests, fingerprints, and more. During this search, the hand and leg Power Inhibiters are intact and the prisoner is stripped completely losing all their clothing, jewelry, gold teeth etc. His/her personal property and extra clothing are put into a storage bin for safe keeping after being analyzed and jamming all unauthorized communications using electronic countermeasures. The correctional staff will either eradicate or confiscate weaponry after investigated. This process takes place on the surface of the Asteroid in specialized rooms made out of 4 inches thick of concrete and 2 inches thick of Graphene as the outtermost layer, and analyze process is done by correctional staff. The room they're in jams outgoing signals, and use a strong metallic cage, that creates a lot of static that will scramble all the outgoing signals. After the Analyze process is complete, they get sent to the booking process while still restrained. Booking
When a person is captured and brought to the Rack Facility, they must also go through the booking process. Everything known about that person will be assembled and uploaded into a computer database including the records of how they got defeated. While detained, the person captured will be asked a series of medical questions and undergo a specific type of surgery (conscious or not). They will be dosed with a powerful knockout gas (3x stronger than chloroform), even strong enough to easily put an elephant to sleep. Then the surgical process takes place. The medical staff implants devices into the inmates body called the "Distress Chip" that connects to their nervous system and their brain. It's explained furthermore below. A bar code and inmate number is also burned onto the prisoners’ right arm and sometimes the back of their neck, so the staff can more easily identify them. After the booking process is complete, the prisoner is taken to his/her cell. The Rack Facility has enough equipment on reserve to perform 5 million surgeries. The booking process also includes the transfer of the prisoner to their cell, and placing/detaining them accordingly.Distress Chip
The medical staff implants a device into the inmates body called the "Distress Chip" as a primary means of torture. The outline of the distress chip is made from a material found in the Recondite Solar System called Enigmax, which could also be found in numerous other TDA occupied territories. This material will not dissolve in stomach acid, very corrosive and shock resistant (2340°C), and damage resistant (2x stronger than steel) and it's very sturdy to protect the contents of the distress chip effectively. It will automatically activate if the person does accelerated body movement or try to commit suicide and it will apply a significant and unbearable amount of pain to their body corrupting their body functions and tiring them down very quickly. Little do the prisoners know, that there are two distress chips surgically inserted into their body, safely latched and connected to their nervous system {brain and spine}. The one at the spine being the primary distress chip, while the one in the brain is for backup. Each staff member has a wireless control device to control and operate the Distress Chip whenever they want. The Distress Chip has multiple unique features which also include a GPS and IFF system, and if it gets tampered with, it will begin to apply pain to the organism it inhabits. This device will NOT malfunction. It also contains a small amount of composition B, which is an explosive that is strong enough to kill the person it inhabits by destroying their vital organs from the inside when activated with a two inch explosion at the two of the most vital portions of your body, resulting in instant death. Cells
Large Cells in the shape of a squared boxed room is where prisoners are confined together and tortured. There are no windows, no televisions, nothing to even look at as the cells are sealed shut with no light seeking through although there are red lights that apply some light inside the cells. Inmates suffer deep depression, boredom, and unable to commit suicide, due to the distress chip that will automatically activate if they attempt to do so. The ventilation system is protected by an Electro-Magnetic Forcefield which also stops the inmates from trying to squeeze their way into the ventilation system through the layers of bars. Each cell can contain about 11 prisoners all stripped naked usually restrained to the walls with metal chains which are also Power Inhibiters. The floors have been outfitted to track movement. At any time, the guards have the power to shock and torture everyone inside the cell, and even heat up the floor to a high extent. The titanium steel cells are alloyed with Graphene for utmost protection, and with fire resistant alloys that absorb heat and disperse it around the cell, so anyone feeling the effects of that heat will be burned greatly. The interior of the Rack Facility consists of MANY sectors stacked one on another and side by side, using the normal structure of the asteroid for primary support, and then titanium support columns as additional. Each sector has an entrance, prison cells, and exit, excluding the staff sector which is 1 out of every 10. The interior is combined with a network of tunnels connecting each sector to each other. Every second sector from each multiple of ten; for example (12, 22, 32, 42, 52...) are the inmates that are kept in the best health. These sectors also have 2 large shower rooms, and 10 isolation rooms that is very clean. Sector 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 are just normal detention/containment/torture areas where are beaten greatly and rarely fed. The walls are generally outlined with .3 inches of Graphene and .2inches of Titanium steel with reinforced thick concrete from the asteroid to save money with the exception of the inmate cells. Each sector is meant to contain up to 1,000 inmates, they each have a central indoor quad, and it is usually where the inmates gets tortured outdoors. Sector 1 ((guards sector)) is very clean and full of futuristic technology used by the guards. To achieve easier access to these decks, there are networks of ladders, stairs, escalators, metro-rail system, and Cargo Elevators with a gate controlled entree gate system to prevent accidental falls. Everything is technologically advanced; has a pool, gym, basketball court, video game room, barracks with 'racks' to sleep, movie room, office, detention and security room; weapons such as bats, swords, anti-tank/air guns, armory, and composed of futuristic environment. There is a network of fire extinguishers (out of reach of prisoners) at designated spots throughout the interior of the facility to put out any fires that happen. There is also a network of lights throughout the facility. Dark red lights on top of inmate cells, light blue lights in showers and sector 1 (uses white and yellow lights), green lights at the rest of the areas. These lights are bright enough for the cameras to easily see what's going on. Sector 1 has a variety of can modified foods in reserve to be able to properly feed up to 10,000 humans for 2 years without conserving.Exterior
The perimeter/outsides of the Asteroid are to remain guarded 24/7 as well. The perimeter of the Prison is overlooked by many surveillance cameras, even ones on nearby meteors also maintained with a Repulsion Gravity lifts. There are many armored watchtowers spread across the Asteroid Rack Facility 2.0 with 5 guards in each. Within these watchtowers, there is a small floor elevator that can move up and down through the tower rising from the surface to the tower. At the top of the tower where the guards be at are also communication devices, holographic TV screens, surveillance camera operations, folded up emergency ladders, autoturret controls, sensor data, fire extinguishers, First Aid Kit, and 4 Tripod Mounted M2 Browning Turrets loading with steel-incendiary bullets, each turret facing their own individual direction (left, right, forward, backward), and can angle itself to engage targets both on the ground and/or in the sky. The Mounted Turret is designed and has a special sectioned off spot in between the 9inch thick ballistic bulletproof glass which allows the turret to be easily maneuvered and fired with great accuracy; also with a force containment shield strong enough to retain the atmosphere. The weapons are constructed and modified to prevent jamming, and can even fire when wet, dirty, or clogged. It has an auto-reload feature, as the ammo box is incorporated within the Watchtower walls with a basically endless supply of over 2500 rounds of ammunition.
Escape Attempt
Any escape is the act of an inmate leaving and/or attempting to leave through unofficial ways. When this occurs, a silent alarm will ring and all of the Rack Facility's staff members will be alerted. Usually, when the inmate is captured, they are severely tortured in front of other inmates as an example of what will happen if they try to escape, if not cremated. Also, anyone caught trying to communicate with the outside world or bribing a guard will also be considered as an inmate attempting to escape and can be punishable by death or severe torture. There's actually no way for an organism to get off the Asteroid. There are no escape pods, no transport ships, and no teleportation pads. The Rack Facility 2.0 is billions of light years from any star system in the Universe, being in the middle of nowhere and out of communication range. It'll be theoretically impossible for an inmate to call for help.Escape Attempt
Terrain
The outside terrain of the Asteroid is a bunch of meteoroids, each with repulsion gravity lifts to keep it in place. The surface of the Asteroid (Rack Facility 2.0) is an area is divided into something the guards call Green, Red and Blue Zone. Green Zone is the safe routes, the red zones are with lots of land mines and The Blue Zones are defensive areas used to get the upper hand if a battle ever occurs. However, only the Staff Members know the blue prints of the facility and the safe routes to take. Red zone is marked off with a small gate and warning signs in a foreign language. Various types of landmines includes Valmara 69, and L9 Bar Mines buried near the surface of the dirt with some nails to keep it in place and has an oxygen system that'll provide oxygen to the explosion to cause maximum damage. The surface terrain has light rubble with small rocks are strewn across the ground, making nimble movement a little more difficult. Certain areas have large boulders, and other places have trenches dug up. Defensive Weaponry
⇨AI-Autocannon Turret: There are 100 Anti-Aircraft Autocannon (autoturrets) which are artificial intelligence guided and very accurate, located around the outsides of the perimeter, equidistant from one another. Once activated, these Autoturrets pop out their socket using TDA’s cross comm. Targeting Systems as guidance with their auto-lock system and it will engage hostile targets. It’s a dual set twin barreled 30mm anti-craft turret with liquid hydrogen as a cooling system. Weight (2,045 lbs.), Length (9 ft.), Width 2.88 m (9 ft. 5 in), Height 1.22 m (4 ft.) based off the design of the ZR-AA turrets. Each barrel has a maximum rate of fire of around 600 rounds per minute. This weapon fires heavy 30 mm caliber armor-piercing (tungsten) alloyed rounds meant to take out enemy fighters and the weapon can rotate around up to 360° at a fast rate. The ammo is a feed by a conveyor belt from two ammunition boxes. Each of the ammunition boxes is located on the interior of the ship, where it can be reloaded manually. Each ammunition box containing 600 rounds.
⇨Beam Turrets: There are 100 automated Beam Turrets spread around the outsides of the perimeter, equidistant from one another. It's a triple barreled weapon that has the power to emit the beams either individually or combined as a super strike. These powerful high-intensity energy weapons are placed around various locations aboard, usually like a belt line. It requires 1 person to operate and loaded with advanced ionized blue frequency crystals as power cells, and can quickly rotate 360° around the arc. However, the crystals will shatter after a large number of shots (average: 500 shots recommended) or if overused and fired too much at a rapid rate. If the crystal does shatter, it can be removed from the interior and replaced with another one like a reload. Both the weapon and ammunition is protected with a special magnetic biological shield, used to direct the energy at the target it fires at, and then unleashes extremely deadly results hot and powerful enough to even break the sp3 bond. The Energy Beam Turret is divided into two categories; pulse lasers and beam lasers. The first type has better tracking speed, more damage and rate of fire at the expense of a considerably smaller range, whereas beam lasers have a much longer range but deal less damage although still incredibly powerful. The power of this beam, burns at (3621 °C) which should be more than enough to destroy enemy fighters and severely damage their Starships if hit. These strong superheated charged particles is directed at "light speed" and is capable of overloading and penetrating even the most advanced shields and burning through the hulls and internal structures of an enemy vessel with comparative ease, causing heavy damage. It has two barrels and the overall length of the turret is 71.93 inches. This weapon has a huge blast radius, severely injuring if not killing targets within 18 meters of the point of impact and anything caught in its path. This heavy 1210 pound energy weapon uses two separate maser focusing systems to reduce the cool down (approximately 2 seconds) between shots. As the beam ends, there is a follow up explosion at the point of impact causing even more significant damage. Advanced features allows the weapon to charge up during the cool-down period to increase this weapons fire rate capabilities as it only takes about 2 seconds to charge. The weapon operator sits in one man control booths amongst the interior of the Starship with the help of many guidance systems and strong artificial intelligence. This weapon has an effective range of up to 1320 miles before the beam dissipates.
⇨Sniper Cannon: There are 40 sniper cannons aka long range plasma cannons spread out around the outsides of the perimeter, equidistant from one another. It does damage by directing a 4 Gw toroid plasma blast (4 meter diameter) wrapped in a magnetic containment shield with the range of 12 light seconds before the energy dissipates and the containment shield ruptures. The blast is invariably strong, it's narrow and highly concentrated, capable of neutralizing a Starship in one shot with near nuclear-like effects because of the major explosive decompression upon hard solid contact. The plasma have metallic properties within it which allows the firing mechanism to magnetically accelerate it through the firing chamber near the speed of light by the time the blast has left the barrel of this energy weapon, which makes it really easy to hit distant targets with deadly accuracy and an approximate nanosecond of emission time. Likewise, only one shot may be fired every 10 seconds, and the weapon has a liquid nitrogen cooling system. It's defensively alloyed in 2 inches of Graphene and 2 inches of Buckypaper, two inches of titanium for utmost protection. It's AI guided, and uses an advanced targeting supercomputer for assistance. The Sniper Cannon is also on a weapons' platform; alloyed in Buckypaper, and allows for the weapon to rotate about 360° around the arc in just one turn, and instant fire!
Technology Protection
Incorporated in the all of the facility's systems is an anti-virus and firewall which protects and encrypts all of the contents of its technology to the point it's virtually unhackable. Only TDA units can decipher it because they have the access codes, and the technology is encrypted in a computer language only known to TDA called 'Eve'. This state-of-the-art Anti-Hack system can detect behavioral monitoring of IP addresses, sessions, and users and even Brute force attack detection. The Antivirus software is used to prevent, detect, and remove malware, including but not limited to computer viruses, computer worms, Trojan horses, spyware and adware. If for some reason something tries to hack/breach the firewall, it will block their operation and send a backlash of malware to disrupt their computer operation, gather sensitive information, and/or gain unauthorized access to their computer systems if they don't have protection. If someone is using their brain or powers to do this, it can cause serious side effects including amnesia or other brain defects and their psionic effect on this technology will be negated. They will also be identified and traced to their direct location. Encryption procedures include millions of coding written in the Eve computer language to keep our technology secure, even from brute force because of the mathematical properties included. Only the ship Captain or Admiral has the decryption key saved on a Flash Drive. The complex wiring of the devices itself should also be unfamiliar to foreign beings from other galaxies or solar systems which will also make it much harder for them to even hack the devices manually.Surveillance Cameras
Throughout the facility is a network of Ultra High Resolution 30 Megapixel Surveillance Camera's in every room often hidden in secret areas unreachable by inmates. When reviewing live or recorded video, these Megapixel cameras allow the operator to digitally zoom in on a specific area, with minimal loss of definition, to capture important details such as facial features, weapon contraband, or any other small object. The Megapixel cameras are wirelessly connected to the security network, and have a small battery that can power the camera for about 10 years without having to change it. The contents of the cameras are professionally made, being heat resistant, waterproof and will rarely malfunction reducing the needs for maintenance men. These cameras are connected to the staff members Cross Comm. Systems are also connected and provides real time data on the move greatly enhancing Intel. It automatically paints an orange marker over located prisoners that are in places they shouldn't be and over located hostiles, green for staff members, blue for medical staff, yellow for inmates. It tells basic information about each marker. Name, Distance From, Height, etc. The memory chip of each camera contains up to 320.6 Terabytes (TB) of memory and connected to separate ports of the security mainframe and the guards cross comm. systems. All of the staff members may look at the cameras at any time though their cross comm. systems. A single camera lens can see a complete 360 degree view of the surrounding area.Communications
The Rack Facility mainly uses hardline communication -- not accessible by inmates. The Communication Station uses phased ball communication arrays that provides a means of command, control and communication. The phased ball provides excellent coverage and has no rotating parts, making this a self-contained antenna system. It’s also capable of transmitting sound, video and analog or digital data within nanoseconds. It automatically paints an orange marker over located hostile units, green for TDA units, blue for allies/friendlies, yellow for neutral/unknown, and makes them all glow their specified color through HUD, which is also used as an aiming reticule. The communication system also includes IFF transponders, which is a system of transmitters and transponders that uses coded signals to distinguish the difference between friendly and hostile. This also works as a GPS that uses signals to determine where the facility is at any given time. (coordinates included)Artificial Intelligence
The Rack Facility uses a very advanced artificial intelligence and processing system, which is a highly technical and specialized feature that enables AI traits such as; instinct, learning, logic, communication, knowledge, strategizing, mathematical optimization, and many more. The artificial intelligence system comes with an integrated advanced processor with an accurate processing speed of up to 4 kilo F.L.O.P.S per second. The full Memory capacity includes 5 terabytes of fast cache buffer RAM and 4.8 Terabytes of non-volatile memory. The system is constructed around a very powerful heuristic logic driver, making decisions based upon imported sensory data, information drawn from experience and the vast inbuilt databases. Instinctive features is obtain from a vast network of semantic programs linked with the certified database implanted by TDA. The artificial intelligence system is also very smart, and learns and adapts to things as it goes. The AI system knows all the languages known to man, and also knows numerous computer languages as well.
Life Support System
The life support systems runs throughout the Rack Facility and feeding it with replenishing oxygen as well as scrubbing ( "remove" ) carbon dioxide from the air with the help of a ventilation system keeping the inside temperature at an average of 74° Fahrenheit. The gases which run through the Facility are; 70% Nitrogen, 27% Oxygen, .5% Carbon Dioxide, .5% Hydrogen, and 2% of other gases in such small numbers that completes the percentages. Programmable motors, blowers, and ductwork used for heating are used to distribute cool air from the air conditioning system using products such as liquid nitrogen which ventilates the exhausted vapor into the atmosphere and areas that need cooling. The artificial gravitation system regulates the gravity on the interior of the Rack Facility and allowing it to match the same safe strengths of the Earth's so objects and personnel don't drift off. What powers the artificial gravitation system is this wheel-like system which produces a gravitational force that simulates gravity and runs through every floor which is important to counteract the effects of prolonged weightlessness. Military scientists are to thank for the accomplishment of the Artificial Gravity device being able to allow the force of gravitational pull to properly distribute amongst the surface of every floor which are all modified to help with this action. The intensive study of magnetic fields and the way those with magnetic properties can be attracted to those fields is what helped out with this research. (Ex: Magneto's powers can affect humans) There are also accessories used to help maintain life; Such as but not limited to a network of Fire Extinguishers, Engineer Tools, spare armor, batteries, Android charging booths, Gun Ammunition, Food, personal hygiene supplies, and many other types of equipment properly set. This system also includes holographic display screens, on board comm. links, surveillance cameras in every room, gun cams, etc. Lastly, the facility also uses a very advanced heat radiation technology, which allows for them to disperse excess heat extremely quickly like a passive effect.
Power Plant
The Rack Facility uses Zero Point Modules (ZPM), which is the most potential energy source in the known universe. It's vastly strong and capable of powering entire cities and supplements the entire facility with an inexhaustible supply of free energy in great magnitude at any given place in the known universe. The Zero Point Module is a diaphanous group of crystals about 12 feet tall with a circular base with no moving parts to wear out. The ZPM houses a pocket of subatomic wormholes which constantly opens and closes, fading in and out of 'Zero Space', thus drawing and pumping the energy out. A ZPM contains an artificially created region of Zero Space from which this power is drawn, and the entropy features will automatically replenish more potential energy just as quickly as it is extracted from the module, like a controlled dipole. This means the facility has a near endless supply of free energy and won't overload. The ZPM has a maximum output of 10.35 Gigawatts. The Rack Facility uses 3 of these, 2 as primary, one as backup.
Torture Techniques
⇨The rack is a torture device consisting of a rectangular, wooden frame, slightly raised from the ground, with a roller at one, or both, ends, having at one end a fixed bar to which the legs were fastened, and at the other a movable bar to which the hands were tied. The victim's ankles are fastened to one roller, and the wrists are chained to the other. As the interrogation progresses, a handle and ratchet attached to the top roller are used to very gradually stepwise increase the tension on the chains, inducing excruciating pain. By means of pulleys and levers this roller could be rotated on its own axis, thus straining the ropes until the sufferer's joints were dislocated and eventually separated. Additionally, if muscle fibers are stretched excessively, they lose their ability to contract, rendering them ineffective. One gruesome aspect of being stretched too far on the rack is the loud popping noises made by snapping cartilage, ligaments, or bones. One powerful method for putting pressure upon prisoners was to force them to watch someone else being subjected to the rack. Confining the prisoner on the rack enabled further tortures to be simultaneously applied, typically including burning the flanks with hot torches or candles or using pincers made with specially roughened grips to tear out the nails of the fingers and toes.⇨ Another means of torture is what they call a Bee-Net. They put a net over your face and dumb creatures into it, usually beelike creatures that will sting you.
⇨ Wicker Torture: Wicker Torture is very simple, basic, but very painful torture. It has two forms. One is original and the other is modern. This method is not used often due to its cruel nature. Modern form of Wicker Torture is used more often than original. In order to use this form you need special paralyzing toxin, needles used for injecting the toxin, a wooden cage with a small hole on top to place over the victims head, a lid, and some kind of bugs that are naturally vicious. First, you inject the toxin into the victim's legs and arms. Then you place the cage over their head. Finally, you pour the bugs into the cage, put on the cages lid, and watch the victim have the most painful experience of their life. Original is the same thing except you break the victim's legs, tie their wrists together, then put the cage on their head. Then you pour the bugs in. This isn't used as much since it breaks the victim's legs. Some people tie up the legs, but over the years, some people figured out how to escape.
