I'm not a big fan of the Hidden Rain Village or the Hidden Sound Village.

No Mikage Kamui you are right. A Shinobi Means Ninja in the Naruto series.

and Uetake Takumi The difference between an Academy student and a Genin is that before you earn you're shinobi headband you are an academy student and after you earn you shinobi headband you become a Genin it's simple. Uetake Takumi I will be adding you As a Genin.

"here, take this" Hokage Hikiro Gives Uchiha_Pimp Shurikens x200 and Daggers x10 and a Powerful Katana.

"You Must use the Power of the sword wisely and Must you not let the sword fall into the wrong hands."

walks over to Uetake Takumi and gives him Shurikens x100 and daggers x 3

and a Katana you shall become a Powerful Shinobi.
