Samantha nodded a bit at him and put her head on his shoulder. Jason searched the minds of those around him to find out what they were talking about. He frowned a bit that Merrick wasn't going to celebrate his birthday and that he hadn't told Samantha. He figured he would talk to the werewolf alone about it, when he got the chance.

Merrick noticed Jason's frown and also frowned. 'Leave it alone,' he thought.

Jason blinked a bit and took a sip of his water as Samantha lightly kissed Merrick's cheek. "Everything okay?" she asked.

Merrick looked at Samantha and nodded a bit.

Samantha nodded and smiled a bit as Regan managed to move to Merrick's lap.

Chloe smiled at the three of them and got up. She got the camera and snapped a picture of them.

Merrick just chuckled a bit and went back to playing with Regan.

Samantha smiled. Jason looked at Roxana and placed a hand on her knee.

"I'm sure if you wanted to, you could play with Regan," Jason said.
