All of it. Meat isn't going to influence a sore throat or fever, although it might hurt your throat (then again, so will most solids) unless it's something like fish or chicken that can be shredded. If you have a fever - or, rather, a cold or flu, of which the fever is merely a symptom - then you're going to want to eat to keep your strength up, so in that case meat would be just fine. Most people fail to continue eating a decent caloric in take while sick, which only lengthens the sickness more often than not.

Stomach aches are different, since there's a myriad of causes. Most people prefer to just drink water if their stomach hurts.
