He sided with him, because all the people who were supposed to go to court and testify on my behalf, NEVER SHOWED UP!
I'm so pissed!
So now he gets a say in what happens with my daughter. The daughter he never cared about! He never cared if she lived or died!
I hate the court system.
The judge wouldn't even accept the statements that friends had written. Because they weren't there to be questioned. Even though they swore it was all true and gave their phone numbers if things needed to be discussed further.

His sister, her fiance, him, and his girlfriend showed up. They were all ******** stoned out of their minds. His sister told the judge straight out that we dated for a year.
How is us dating from June 14th 2011 to Sept 20th 2011 a year?
Plus she said that we all hung out in public and that I'm a jealous b***h who treated James (my baby's dad) like crap. The only time I saw her, was when she was being a recluse in her pig-sty apartment that her cat s**t all over, and when I saw her walking to the library while I was driving by, in which case I waved hello and drove off.

Her fiance said that James has never hit me and that I've hit James in front of him. They were both drunk that night and higher than a flippin kite. He remembers me slapping James, but not James back handing me. Which happened 5 seconds after I slapped James. How can you not see a pale white arm fly through the air and a short pale chick get knocked back and fall to the ground? In the middle of the night. Seriously. How?

I am so sorry *hugs* How could the judge be so stupid to have sided with stoned pricks?! Something really doesn't seem right with all that at all. There has to be something more that can be done?! *hugs lots* I do hope that you can find some other judge to help in this or find some way to be able to get through it all. My PMs are always open anytime you need to rant or anything.

If Jimi is rough with either my daughter or I, we instantly get a 5 year restraining order and I get sole physical and sole legal custody.

Which I should have anyways, I'm the one that's been there every step of the way, while he's been flaky.
He didn't care that she almost died twice before she was even born, he didn't care when she was actually born, and he certainly didn't try and make an effort in seeing her.
But now that his stupid manipulative b***h of a girlfriend wants my daughter, he shows interest?!
So he gets a crib, a car seat, and a stroller and tells the judge and the mediator that Evelyn can move in with him!
He lives with his girlfriend and her brother, in a small apartment, and they've only been dating for 2 1/2 months!
REALLY?! My daughter doesn't need to be anywhere near that!
Especially since the ******** has smoked around my daughter and I bitched at him!
He does not have "our" daughters best interest in mind. He only cares about himself.

That is not right or fair at all. And wtf?!?! She wants a kid then she needs to talk to that p***k about getting pregnant, not taking your daughter! *feeling raged with this.* I wish I knew you more and was around there to be of help. This guy is asking for pure hell
