*sighs and agrees, but knows no one is going to listen, they're going to post about how much they love Wolverine before they even read the latest posts.*

I know everyone loves Wolverine but the first X-Men comic appeared in 1963 and Logan wasn't introduced until 1975 ((yes, I'm a comic geek I admit it.))

Also, as much as I love Jean Grey/Miss Marvel/Phoenix/Phoenix II in the beginning she really wasn't that powerful, the majority of her powers derived after her "death" and "rebirth" as the Phoenix.

So my vote for best original X-Men is going to Professor X, I know he doesn't "technically" count, but he began the whole thing, that has to count for something!

Im talking Origonal here! Non of this new Evolution 3 year old crap!

There's technically no such thing as 'Original X-Men' they all came around in their own series.

You could read X-Treme X-Men, and find Syrin as an original (I think I got the series mixed up)

Or then go to The New Recruits, Shadowcat was an original there.

So, technically this poll has no meaning.

i think that the coolest was that one guy who could shoot by putting his hands in the form of a gun.. that was like in the old movies....i dont know his name sweatdrop but the coolest now is morph or mystique cause they can transform and use other mutant's powers...so their power is pretty much limitless...
