I wish I could go pro in Kung Fu...
i play all different kinds of sports, like baseball and basketball.
I also work out with weights.
You get your fat a** off the computer.
To get me into shape i do the following; jogging, track, crunches, jumping jacks, weights, sit ups, push ups, and other cardiovascular excersises.
Whenever I wanna get in shape, I get sick. I lost 20 pounds in under three days. Very unhealthy, but now I'm a slip 680. Thanks Sick-ness Shake~

I workout at a gym with resistance weights 3 times a week and watch the carbs, sometimes I even go for a walk. xd

I agree with the DDR theory, I used to play too much to get in shape, and then, i just stopped eating... I lost over 20 pounds that way... but I don't reccommend the "not eating" part...replace that with diet. sweatdrop 3nodding
I want to try DDR, but as of now I run and lift weights. And if I need to lose a lot I diet or just eat a lot less.
i live on a diet of alcohol, cigarettes and occasionally tea.
