My favorite is FF 7, because I just love the story. What happened to Aeris(or Aerith for some reson her name changed from Aeris to Aerith) really made me cry. Sephiroth made me cry too, it made me think that there could have been a way to save him, cause he was being manipulated by Jenova.

The first one I played was Final Fantasy VI. It was fun, but as I went deeper into the story, it gradually got boring with all those constant battles hindering the story progress. Eventually after beating the game, I didn't feel like wanting to play again any more.

Have yet to beat an FF game, but looks like VIII will be the first one I beat. lol

In order from there was VI, X, VII, Tactics Advance, Tactics, V, I, II, Adventure, III, X-2, Tactics A-2, XII, Theatrhythm, IX, VIII. The last two on that list I'm still in the middle of right now.

First Final Fantasy I ever played? It was the very first Final Fantasy on the NES while staying with some of my family around Christmas '93 or '94, I think. To make a long story short, I asked one of my cousins if I could try it, and he reluctantly did. I liked it, to say the least.
