Alpha Protocol. Graphically outdated even at release and a lot of people disliked the stat based gunplay but I really enjoyed it. It's an RPG through and through where choices really made a big difference to the story. The first mission was pretty boring, a bit linear but once the game opens up it turned out to be a really good game.

If you play it, don't play it like a shooter with RPG elements. It really is not.
