As to answer your question, the answer is yes. Any xp you have leftover will go towards the next level. 3nodding
From personal experience, before my maxed out status, I always had a tiny little amount of xp that would be brought over to the next level. 3nodding

Slot #?: Whenever my turn comes up, I am happy to oblige and assist.

In addition to myself, I have several minions...err, comrades, yes, friends and comrades...who are hard-core zOMG players ranging in level from 3 to 12. Due to their efforts, I have literally TONS of zOMG stuff as they send me all the stuff they received in drops. This includes recipes, I have access to literally dozens of just about any recipe from zOMG you can possibly need along with the ingredients needed to make. I'm happy to make any needed, just contact me!

Also, I have a few friends that enjoy scavenging towns for trash, bugs, and flowers for me, so I have quite a bit of all that as well.

For donation, I am happy to send along all the Level 1 formulas that I have received in one way or another that I'm not going to craft myself should you like them for either marketplace sale for funds or to help out another. Again, contact me and I shall be happy to assemble a list of them.

One of the biggest reasons I got into Alchemy here in the first place was because of FMA, honestly. rofl
