The Gaia app always acts weird on my phone. So I barely use it.
Though I've heard that complaint from other Android users, so at least I know I'm not alone.

My family and friends tried to convince me to get an iPhone when I had my upgrade two months ago, but I got an Android instead.
I have nothing against Apple products (I love my Macbook) but the iPhone is... well I don't think it's that great.
Besides, they come out with a new iPhone every year now, so by the time you get one, it's already the "old" version. emotion_facepalm

I could recite all the stuff my boyfriend says, about comparing the specs of iPhones and Android phones.
Particularly Samsung, with the Galaxy SIII and Note and stuff.
I REALLY want a Galaxy SIII. It looks amazing.
But I can't afford anything right now. Just the free with contract phone my parents got me.

At least it's almost over! When you graduate, make a formal complaint. Just curious, why didn't you transfer to another school after you found out how poorly the counselors work?

Because it was cheaper to get my associates degree there and just transfer to MSU for my Bachelor's degree. I had to get student loans on top of pells. And I didn't expect for them to be that difficlut. I also didn't take the ACT because I honestly didn't know if I was going on to college or not. I took 2 years off from school before going finally.

Same here, too poor for a smart phone.
I don't understand how everyone I know can afford an iphone, because literally everyone has one.
They seem really amazing though. I kind of like the way the iphone 4 looks better than the iphone 5.
Samsung galaxy SIII looks really cool too, even though I don't know much about it.

Oh and that's nice to hear for izzy. I send my congrats her way~

I'm thinking about nudging my dad towards getting me an iphone. Mainly because my ipod is barely functional, I'm the only person in my family who doesn't have a smartphone, and I'm qualified for an upgrade right now so it is much cheaper. I wouldn't mind an ipod touch though. My only thing is that I like having a full keyboard, which I can only get with a Droid.

In other news, I just got back from family photos with my dad and sisters. I never wear make-up, so when I do, I feel like I look so odd. Not necessarily bad, just not myself. I barely recognize myself.

Spec-wise, I think Samsung has always been pretty ahead of iPhones?
That's what my boyfriend says, who super crazy keeps up with technology and phones.
Also, Apple keeps making super weird patent claims, like for rounded corners.
ONLY THEIR PHONES CAN HAVE ROUNDED CORNERS.
They sue everyone else who tries to do the same, even though it's been around forever.
And they apparently recently got an order from a judge after one of their lawsuits and he told them to do something.
They blatantly ignored his request and did something completely different to basically turn it into an advertising opportunity for themselves.
And since then, they've been losing a ton of the petty lawsuits they keep creating by going after others.
I'm not an Apple fan. I have an iPod Touch that I got for Christmas and it doesn't hold a battery for more than a day.
I even make sure to go in and do that hold the button to close all the open apps thing.
I haven't used it in over a year, probably.
I'm curious what reason people have to love iPhones so much?
Because people have done surveys/tricks where they go out on the street and hand random strangers an iPhone 4, say it's the iPhone 5, and ask people their opinions on how the "new" one feels.
They go on and on about how it's lighter than the iPhone 4 and this and that when... it's the same phone.
