Yesterday Chris fought with his parents and lost his appetite so we didn't do our long planned meal.
But today we did! Having it now. Later than planned, again because of his parents.
They called for tech help and it took three hours. orz
But it tastes so good. Cheesy rice and chicken with tons of spices. ; u;
And I have motivation for some reason to make a dish my mom told me the recipe for.
It's just cheesy chicken broccoli, but it's so good~
Gotta take a trip to the store...

BUT! I liked that soooo much better than living with my current roommate, who whines more than any girl I've ever known while on her period.

I actually planned it, but didn't know when elections were... so I never even put it in.
I'm not changing them except for national/holiday or gaia (usually events) reasons.

Gabe and I still haven't gotten West Virginia drivers licenses.
The DMV here closes at a time that makes it impossible for either of us to get there (they have the dumbest hours) so our only other option was to do an absentee ballot for Pennsylvania.
Due to the new voter laws there, we'd have to show up to the county courthouse during a week day, sign some papers, then they'd let us vote. We weren't able to do that because Gabe works during the week. And of course, because he works for the government, we could've done it on one of his days off, but his days off are the same as anyone who works for the courthouse, meaning it wouldn't have mattered if we had gone up there during one of those days.
The only thing we can do which is impossible, is to drive up to PA for the voting on Tuesday. Since we're tight on money right now, Gabe really doesn't want to take any unnecessary days off.
So, sadly, we're sitting this election out.

I think if I voted down here, my vote would be in vain anyway.
WV is a pretty racist state so Obama is like the devil to them.
The commercials I hear on the radio down here and see on TV make me sick...

Black Tower is in Black City, right? I haven't been there yet.
I ended up exploring the rest of Unova for a little while, so I'll get to that soon.
