The way it's supposed to work is, you get the Hotblooded Hero achievement for being a Sentai and the Magical Girl achievement for being on team Mahou, and then you're supposed to get the Hero achievement by converting 25 people (doesn't matter on which team).

But the achievement system is glitched and isn't working the way it's supposed to, so now the only way you can get the Hotblooded Hero achievement is to start off on the Sentai team first -- also, you have to start off on the Sentai team by stating "Sentai Hero". If you start off on team Sentai because someone quoted you, the Hotblooded Hero achievement won't grant.

The Magical Girl achievement will still grant for all parties, though, but it may take a while to grant. It took 2 hours for my main to get it, while I got it immediately on this account since, I guess, I started off with Sentai.

Ahhh okay, that makes sense.

Hopefully I'll get them soon. If not no biggy lol
