Is it normal to get the same items under Victory and Fail?
It seems like this RIG is totally random each time, like it does not matter who you get or whether you get victory or fail.

The results on this RIG were soooo weird and unbalanced for me. I don't even understand. Anyway, opened a bundle and got the following:
