The Alarmskeeter server is finally back up and running.  It recently had a hardware failure and required a replacement.  Though there were some configuration settings that needed to be sorted out before bringing it online.  Sorry for the wait.

Marketplace item restore tool v2

We've just added a new item restore tool within Marketplace.  When you visit your own store, Marketplace will scan and report any lost items in the system.  A PM will be sent to you when your items are restored.

Sorry for the wait in implementing the new tool. We're still working hard to find any remaining issues that are causing item transactions to break.  Hopefully we will not need to rely on the recovery tool in the future.

Reverse Marketplace Surprise Visit

Hey Gaians!

The Reverse Marketplace decided to come out of hiding this morning, and some of you were able to get a sneak peak and create offers.

We're excited about the changes this extension of the Marketplace will bring, but it's not ready for full release yet. We've shoved it back into SCAS testing where it belongs to continue finding and fixing bugs.

Some of you have already created offers, and we're working on cancelling those offers and getting your gold back to you.

Live Chat/Help Center: Unexpectedly Down

Unfortunately, the service that we offer support through is experiencing some unexpected errors, meaning we are currently unable to offer assistance through Live Chat or the Help Center. This may be down for the rest of the day, but we'll post another update if this changes. Otherwise, we'll hope for things to be up and running normally first thing tomorrow morning.
