im pretty sure this is a rollover from the last event that each of us played. since there are 22 shops to collect from and akari yui has less than 22, they prolly never fully collected all (for whatever reason) before the previous event ended.

i had 13/22 also <<<< so, when the event starts again, i just need to pick-up where i left off....unless they zero out all previous efforts, where everyone starts at 22.

when the caroling in shops starts, you'll know where to redeem your cheers
