Well, besides Masquerade, Aria Dannata has a smile+blush and light freckles.
Eminent Gideon has an eyes+glasses and freckles.
Doe-Eyed Darling (and the eye recolors) have eyes+white freckles.
Classic Marcella has a mouth+freckles.
The Calamity line of items come with eyes+freckles.

People can say 'we have several freckle items'.
but no, we don't, we have several mods with freckles attached to them,
which isn't the same thing.
With the exception of Eminent Gideon,
I think all the other mods with freckles attacked to them
are ugly and awkward.
Masquerade is the only item with actual freckles.
And since they look awful on so many bases
they aren't even all that great.
