i saw a worm in it too.. so i was like A SENTINEL AND OVERSEER EI OMG(the colors didnt help either)! lol then i was like no way... has to be something different. XD

Magatamas are... hmm. Well, it's difficult to really explain what they do exactly. They were once used as offerings to deities. In modern times, though, it's shape is used to represent the human spirit. They also symbolize good fortune and the avoidance of evil.
There's a lot of other semi-religious/spiritual connections with them and everything, but basically they're like good luck charms. 3nodding

My theory is that both of the deities spirits got trapped/sealed inside the stones somehow, but even still continue to fight each other for some reason. More importantly, hy are they fighting if they're the same kind of creature/deity?
