..why are you being so stubborn about it? Gambino survived the Mansion blowing up because he wasn't exactly in it.
Also he got shot in the Back if that didn't kill him than falling 200 stories did and if he was still alive even if neither of those killed him odds are he would've broken every bone in his body and drowned. he is dead and so are the sisters and sadly as much as i'd hate to admit it Gino is too.

Of course he's most likely alive! Hes a major charecter in story! But facts are facts and he LOGICALLY should be dead and until theres a body or they find him living he should be PRESUMED SO.
