Meili should screw over both sides and become the super villain (i.e. I hope he has a really significant and bad a** part in the story). He's such a cool character.
So many gods in this story yet there hasn't been any intense power yet.
As for the cover, it looks great. I'm kind of hoping that Saka is still the interior artist, but somehow doubt it this time around.
Hey, don't judge Zhivago! He's trying so hard to earn his degree but post-colonial literature is haaard and he's failing his required calculus class and he's had to take a second job working at Aekea Mart to pay for his books, so it's only natural that he's putting off that ten page paper on Jane Austen in favour of killing billionaires and chilling with elves and hanging out at the vampire club. It's hard out there for a homicidal English major. talk2hand
But seriously, I am excite, as they say on this jolly good Internet thing. Still holding out hope that Zhivago may become a reluctant anti-hero (that still totally kills people for money) just this once, but so it goes. I wonder if Sen/Seer will get a change of clothes that look like something people actually wear. I wonder why that ship has a bell on its paddley bit. I wonder if everything would be better if everyone was a My Little Pony.
