Well seeing as Ash Wednesday comes between Mardi Gras and Valentine's Day, thus putting Valentine's Day firmly into the season of Lent this year, I doubt it.

This year Easter is March 31st. So Mardi Gras is February 12th

My calender does list that on the 13th, yes. Apparently Mardi Gras is the same day as Abraham Lincoln's Birthday.
