I see Chilly Amnesiac and Vogue Antoine with the neptune color
and then the Eager Ace Trainee has a dark teal in it. But it's so odd not to see as many neptune as it is checkmate/azure because those two colors are almost always placed in the same hair item @ ~@
If only neptune was as popular as the ocean is vast.

Well maybe make items with it and it may be? I'm tired people and artists or recolorers like you putting down suggestions and ideas for new juicy fresh colors. Just keep on making the old crap you do the best then. You aren't even giving it a chance. emotion_puke

I love how they still make a few hair colors with that neptune but no items? Like, would be nice to match this color with something but nah. I don't count dark teal as neptune though. That is more green.
