I mean, I love red/gold, that's probably pretty obvious to most people who've seen me whine about it to no end, but sometimes it just gets abused in all the wrong ways x-x;;

Case in point: that red Virgin Lace emotion_puke Some of the poses are at least kind of usable, but overall it's painful to look at, especially as a set, and the collar doesn't even have any red at all lol
Honestly that one would've worked a lot better as a red/black recolour, not with that ridiculous bright red mixed with bright gold emotion_facepalm

Haha yesssss. That pale gold is the worst. XD Reminds me of when lumiere noire reborn was released and everyone was making comparisons to McDonald's because of the red/yellow. rofl And while I can't say I'm a fan of the pixels in the virgin lace items you've recolored it to look pretty nice! :3

It looks fine on its own, like with that Immortal Veil recolour or Juno's Golden Lace for example... It becomes a problem when it's paired with that bright red rofl At least Lumiere was slightly more modest in colour lol

Sadly flat pixeling seems to be the norm for certain artists these days, but with the right colours it can still look pretty good >3> Mostly I just really want those bangs, because black hair with red roses emotion_drool And the black Virgin Lace was several shades too light to match with most hair emotion_donotwant
