The Life/Death bar and inn is made to be the home away from home, with many rooms to cater to every race or species that seeks refuge. Every man, woman, beast, or being has the permission to stay at the inn for as long as they need or would like to. The serene environment is both captivating and relaxing at the same time
The Inn is placed on top a flat mountain surrounded in a rich and dense green forest which holds many creatures and plantation both cute and dangerous. Next to the forest is a pristine lake that is fueled by a ever flowing waterfall that spills in from a mountain on higher up; by the lake stands a lone sukura tree and zen garden adorned in white sand with a few jagged boulders that are shaped by nature in almost an artistic way. The Sukura tree is said to bloom from emotion, it said to bloom best when true lovers are placed under it.
In regards to the surrounding one must be aware that it is a good couple days journey to the nearest town for any shopping for an average, untrained, human. The town at the bottom of the path that leads down the mountain and through the forest is not exactly rich in population; its thinly populated in comparison to most cities in the world, after all its just a town. The quaint town is the supply for the inn, every month a detail of employees are sent down to the inn and return in a week with the next month's supplies. The town is also used for any personal shopping such as for clothing or any small want you may find yourself craving. The town has made its life style into that of a merchant community; almost every building is a shop of sorts ranging from food to small nick knacks.
There is, however, a quaint village only a few hours away from the establishment. To find your way here from the village you would either need verbal directions or have to be lucky enough to stumble across the worn path. The village sells only a few basic things, such as clothing and food. They also have weekly transport links to the nearby town.
This isn’t a five star resort, but the owner has certainly made a good attempt at refurnishing a run down one storey tavern into something with a little more character. Close to the doorway you will find a few racks and stands for hats, coats and the like. At the back of the room is a dark mahogany bar, fitted with a black marble counter top and plush bar stools. Scattered across main the room are an array of couches, armchairs and tables. It has a new, modern feel to it and features deep colours such as blacks, browns, reds and greens.
There is a reasonable sized kitchen tucked behind the bar. The door to the kitchen features a rather obvious sign which reads: Employees Only. There are two sets of stairs that lead downwards. One is located in the kitchen, away from cooking appliances, which leads to a small storeroom. The other set can be found to the right of the doorway. This stairway leads to training area for those who wish to improve their skills, train or duel with others.
Stairs to the left of the doorway will take you up to the floors where rooms are available to rent. There is also a communal bathroom for guests who are not staying the night, but who wish to use the facilities. Each room within the inn has either a single or double bed (depending on the size), and all are en-suite with a bath and shower, along with the usually furniture such as a wardrobe and desk.
While guest are here the staff will do their best to ensure the happiness and welfare of guest and residence. Jobs are offered to guest that want to take them up.
