The matcha was $20 just so you know >< can't believe I spent that kind of money. But it doesn't take much. I think a little over two tablespoons. And they spread like chocolate chip cookies. I didn't know that so the first that I put in the oven spread and I had to just cut it in rectangles.

I think they might get stale at the worse. I doubt that it's accurate by any means.
