Here's what I can do: you can either buy a Changeling for 500mil from me (Octrollber-Mule), or trade me an item of equal value as collateral.

The trading will work this way: you send me a trade with the item that will be used as collateral: I trade you a changeling boy or girl. The trade is completed and then I open another trade with you with your item in it, so you know and can see that I am not selling your item. When you are finished with your Changeling baby, you stick it in the trade I've opened with you and we complete the trade.
