I Feel Toast

I like cereal sandwiches surprised

PB&J with whatever cereal, sometimes with bananas and such. It's a breakfasty equivalent to lunch sandwiches with chips in them.

I love Texas Roadhouse.
The recipe I use a lot came with my slow cooker, it's cheesy mushroom chicken casserole.
I really like my slow cooker and grill.

Food
I think it's heavily dependent on mood. I will always love foie gras, and I'm partial to sundubu jjigae on a cold day. I like the first bite of a warm pastry, and I don't remember ever saying 'no' to a flourless torte.

Drink
Generally, mineral water. I like a glass of wine on occasion, and drink my coffee black with a little bit of cinnamon.

Restaurant
There's this cafe in Seattle that serves a wonderful basil and proscuitto panini. I like to get it with a lemonade and rice pudding for dessert. It's just a quaint little boutique downtown where customers speak in low voices and the windows offer a good view of the people passing by.

Recipe
Beignets. I have to reference a recipe I have written in an old moleskin, but it's only half complete. Every time I have to do a little guesswork, but they always turn out great and it gives me a little wiggle room.

Cookware
I like to use a shallow pan, but I would say my favorite is the Dutch oven; anything that can go from a stove into the oven is solid in my book. I have a beautiful ceramic one that I use all the time for frying.

TV cooking show
I enjoyed The Great British Baking Show.

Chef
Ooh, right now that's Nigella Lawson. She's really charismatic and her recipes are easy to follow.
