For the frozen burrito problem, some markets have fresh ones in their refrigeration area.
Pop that in the microwave.

Or make one at home and bring it with with an icepack then microwave (I'm thinking you want to bring it for lunch).

I just make a cut in the plastic wrapper they come in to let out steam and microwave them in that. They come out nice and soft.

That doesn't sound safe to eat.

You know those Compleats meal containers? The green ones are two layer devices where you boil the noodles by pouring water in the lower part of the container and letting steam rise through the perforated second layer. Buy one of these, eat it, wash out the container, put some water in the bottom, put your burrito on the top, and pop that baby in the microwave. The steam will keep your burrito from drying out.

As for taste, you'll just have to experiment with sauces that you can put into little containers for convenience.

Not familiar with that but if i come across one i will try it.

i love their frozen burritos. scream

i microwave them. i use to wrap them in a dry paper towel thinking it'd make the tortilla moist but for some reason the tortilla would always come out of the microwave dry. i've discovered that the tortilla comes out must more moist and better if you don't wrap it at all. the damp paper towel method i have never tried.

I don't buy them. My BF used to bring them home when he worked near a place that sold them, so it's been years since I had them and don't remember the brand(s). I get fresh burritos from California Tortilla and Chipotle nowadays.

if it can be frozen, chances are it won't kill you, unless it's meat, which in a frozen burrito I highly doubt there is.
