Leixia is Xianghua's 15 year-old daughter who will be entering the fray by using her mother's moveset. Not much has been revealed about her father or the necklace she wears though. However, fans have speculated that since it is a shard of the holy mirror Dvapara-Yuga around her neck, Kilik is her father. This has yet to be proven.

You did. Just need to edit Hildegard's bio a bit to say about her missing father in SCV. And that her loyal subjects are waiting for their princess to give her next orders along with the fact that she has two children who are to be the light of the future.

We're still waiting for details to come from TGS.

As far as Maxi is concerned, he would be 45 in the game, but I think since he has a shard of Soul Edge residing in his body, aging has stopped for him.
