It is, as of the PROTECT Act of 2003 (the Amber Alert law). Even if it wasn't it could still be illegal if determined to be obscenity.

Wait, now I'm even more confused. I thought "obscene" things could be regulated in the sense that you cannot display them in public, but to outlaw them entirely would violate freedom of speech. Considering the things I've seen on the internet, I'm really confused now.

I think you're right, actually; states can't make ownership of obscene material illegal, except to sell, expose, or circulate.

***** are sexually attracted to feet. their sexual attraction is the same as anybody elses to adult genitalia, animals, generally non-sexual objects, group fantasies, sadism, masochism, getting raped or raping, exhibitionism, voyeurism, etc.

i like watching people kill others, get killed, and generally kick lots of ******** a** on t.v. and in movies. i'm a pacifist. i don't condone violence if it isn't absolutely necessary...unless it's fake, then everybody can die.

rapists are the ones harming others. some ***** may be rapists, but most of them are not and would not like to be. most rapists are not *****. any given ***** is less likely to be a rapist than anybody else, statistically. maybe you should kill yourself since you are more likely a rapist than any ***** you'll ever meet.

i saw a movie where a baby got punched in the face. i laughed hard. in drivers ed, i saw in a video a baby fly, in slow motion, face first into a windshield as a car hit it's breaks. i laughed for ten minutes straight. if loli should be illegal, violent film like this should be legal. if you are offended at my sense of humour, i'm glad.



viewing actual child pornography perpetuates the creation of such things. viewing drawn pictures of children in sexual acts perpetuates drawing those things. loli/shouta should not be illegal.
